This place has the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Me and my husband used to get breakfast at brew bakers every friday for about 2 months. I liked their sweet potatoes. The staff never really paid any attention to us. The girls working would flirt with customers they recognized before getting our pastries or coffee but that part was whatever to me. So while I like the potatoes, I did not like their coffee. Me and my husband would eat breakfast there and then go to a different place for coffee. Well last time we went, we came back with our coffees and sat at one of their outside tables (there were probably 6 tables and 2 were occupied so we sat at the very last one). An employee came out and saw us and screamed from the door "Are you kidding me? You cannot have that coffee here! You better throw that away right now, this is not allowed!" To say the least, we were incredibly embarrassed. She literally screamed at us in front of other customers, people walking down the street and even some people inside heard and were staring. After I did notice they had a sign on the door saying no outside beverages or food was allowed in. I wrote a letter to the chef/owner explaining the situation. She could have just come up to us and calmly informed us, we would have been cool with that. Well the owner never got back to me, I looked him up and turned out the disgustingly rude employee is his wife. I refuse to give money to a place that treats their customers like this. Theyre also the type where you need to ask for a key to use the bathroom, you must rpove you bought something to eat before they will give it to you. This food is not worth the terrible service.

Ive been here twice now. Once was to fill out an application and while sitting down filling it out the employees kept staring at me and giggling. Felt very uncomfortable. I went back about a week ago to get some coffee and a bagel. Ive been looking for a cozy place to eat and hang out and do homework. I would pick this place but the food is just so expensive and the employees seemed as if they dreaded having to make me something. It was very aggravating and Im sure I can find somewhere better.

Decent food. Somewhat expensive for a college town. I ordered an Ahi tuna salad. I expected pieces of fresh Ahi tuna. Instead, I received a scoop of tuna. Despite my disappointment, the food was delicious. My wife ordered a burger. She said it was okay. For the price of our food, I would expect a more comfortable sitting environment. Instead, it has more a cafeteria like atmosphere - waiting in line to order and numbers being called out. Oh, and my black coffee was weak.

The yoyng woman who helped me was rude and obnoxious. The smoothie she made me can mostly be described as awful. There was no actual fruit and it was like drinking syrup. For close to 6 dollars it should have had much better ingredients. To make matters worse she actually threw a brownie at me and didmt pause to consider she gave me the wrong one. That was my first and last visit.

I almost came here walking by and then I read how petty the owner was in their reviews. The customer is always right even when theyre oblivious and clearly wrong. The establishment looks nice but based on the response and the total lack of attempt to compromise or extend any olive branch Id prefer not to risk the wrath of the strudel Queen.

The price per person is low when compared to the quality of the food, as well the many excellent dishes they have to offer. Heck, just order your basic wrap or bagel sandwich and be prepared to be blown away. Honestly, my wife and I cannot say enough about this place. You really must try it for yourself !!!

Staff at counter always seems a bit rude, like youre inconveniencing them placing an order. Then Ive always been disappointed with the food. Its expensive, and in my experience its typically barely warm and has a stale taste. If you only want a cool atmosphere and a coffee, its not that bad.

Amazing burger, huge size which explains the higher prices. Their quality piece that makes the burger stand out is the bread, the Kaiser roll is delicious and other burger joints gloss over the importance of a quality bun.

Over priced everything no bagels made on site . over priced drinks . staff rather chit chat with each other .many food items are not cooked thoughly. No one knows how to grill bread product seating is poor .
