This review is a long time coming as we are finally fed up having to deal with this locations incompetence and lack of service. The people that work here are IDIOTS. Pretty much all of them dont speak English and they ask you repeatedly over and over again for your order solely because they are NOT LISTENING and do NOT understand ENGLISH. I realize that we live in So. California but come on….seriously. This shouldnt be my problem if I come to Jack in the Boxs food chain. They should at least be abel to communicate in an effective enough manner to be able to place your order. DON"T GO HERE. The service is excellent across the street at Taco Bell or In N Out.

I would not return to this location, food was horrible. I specifically asked for no onions and no cheese. The burger I got was super soggy and wet. It was definitely not fresh. I got old French fries and my tacos were cold and greasy like they had been sitting for hours. The employees act like youre bothering them. No customer service skills at all.

Terrible service. So i went across the street to taco bell where the service is great!!!! I NEED JACK N BOX FOOD BUT THIS LOCATION IS FILTHY !!!!! CASHIER IS TXTING ON HER CELLPHONE. TRAYS ARE DIRTY. THE TRAY HAS KETCHUP ON IT FROM THE LAST PERSON THAT USED IT.....NASTY !!!!!!

The food was TERRIBLE!!! The hamburger had the hardest bread ever!!! The fries were recooked!!! I will not be coming back ever!!! They wanted to give me free food, but why would I want more crappy food?
