Called my order in last week during lunch, drove to panera paid & told my order would be right up. Waited another 20 minutes while the workers would just walk by ignoring all the people waiting. Finally, I went back to the counter and was told my order had just been sitting there ready (hidden back behind the counter where no one can see it even though they have pick up cubbies), No one let me know. Went to the manager on shift, he DISMISSED me, said a fellow worker will take care of me, told me to wait again. After several more minutes I was given a gift paper to come back in on them. Realizing lunch is too busy for them I came back in the evening. Again, calling my order in ahead of time told it would take 15-20 minutes, I am sitting at Panera now at the 45 minute mark still waiting for my 2 salads! If I could give zero stars I would! I have never waited at Boudin even with a store full of people, my salad is ready in 10 minutes there. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I love Panara and frequently come for lunch I do have a Panara card and.for the most part have had good lunches here except for today I was not too thrilled to see the conditions of the bathroom 2 stall, it was not clean paper towel and toilet paper rolls on the floor packed resturant and not enough room for a line ...then when my meal arrived it wasnt the bread ordered and the silverware was dirty:/ upon speaking to the server was told that the silverware had water deposits...um no We brought to his attention the spoon in question and it was grimy ...the solution a plastic spoon hum is the bowl my soup came in clean? Love Panera but really Please clean it up before you get someone sick or dead.

First time ever inside this restaurant, the number of breakfast offerings was impressive. Im pleased the place didnt reek of coffee. I ordered conservatively steak & egg bagel w Orange Juice. First of all it shouldnt take 12min to warm up a pre made egg and steak slice, second this item is hardly worth $6 half thus price would have been more appropriate. Ill come back some point in the future for lunch, maybe the rating will improve.

Good food, I like the newer ordering kiosks because ordering can be slow at times from the counter. Busy place sometimes no place to sit. Indoor and outdoor seating. I hate that they ruined the Italian sub why its awful now..

Bought a southwest lime salad to go. It was awful. Avocados brown. Looked nasty in the to-go box. Some of the lettuce was brown. Just not refreshing. The dressing was not pleasing to me.

This location was recently remodeled. It looks very nice. Staff is always friendly. Food selection is great. From breakfast to lunch. Lots to choose from. Prices are reasonable.

A good Panera with friendly staff. They run out of things sometimes as they are one of the few good bakeries in the area, so show up early if you want something specific.

Got there 7 minutes before closing and the food was still fresh and prepared well. Staff was friendly too, despite us coming in just a few minutes before closing.

I usually avoid chain restaurants, except Panera. Their food is consistently good and much healthier than most fast food. Perks of membership are nice.

Cold soup more like Luke warm than a nice bowl of soup and forgot an order and we had to wait there was only 3 of us... Very irritated and disappointed
