I only gave it a 2 star because they are over priced for what you get. I spent almost $12 for a pulled pork sandwich and a small side of beans and a small drink. Didnt mention anything about the soft serve and they didnt mention anything about the small drink in the menu in my opinion ripoff Bad to the Bone is better in San Juan Capistrano

Sunday ..Busy day here at 1pm. Ribs over cooked and bland plus overpriced. Sandwiches were good. Sides were so so and overpriced. No ice for the sodas. Explanation was... it cant keep up. They have free Ice cream cones ..But the ice cream was also out .. not a good day. Spent $85... Not again. Felt bad for the employees ..Not enough help

The staff was very friendly. Ok quality although there was no flavor what so ever, added some bbq sauce to the meat but it was still the most bland bbq i have ever eaten. On top of that very over priced for what it its. I would highly recommend going to an actual bbq restaurant that has good food for the same prices.

Great customer service! The cashier Meg was very polite and enthusiastic. She made great recommendations on which menu items to get. As for the food, the flavor is smoky, which I like. The lemonade is really good. And there is free ice cream for dessert.

Food was good. Came for first time with a BOGO sandwich and 2 sides. Much smaller side portions than Lake Forest. Employees dont mention the free dessert vanilla soft serve cones. Figured it out by watching. Prices high for amount and quality.

BBQ was very good. Just opened this location so staff was still being mentored, still the did a great job. Prices were a little higher than I expected but the quality more than made up for it.
