I love Ono the food flavors are on point at this place but today i waited in the drive through about 15 minutes waiting for my food, and there was no other cars ahead of me when i got there. When the worker gave me my food he forgot my drink and i had to wait again until he noticed i was still there. When i got back to work i began eating my food and found pieces of beef mixed with the teriyaki chicken i asked for. Then i realized he didnt give me the teriyaki sauce i asked for. Usually there isnt so much going wrong with this place apart from the wait but today was a lot.

For a fast food hawaiian chain. It is way over priced for just okay food. For two plates, chicken and beef, was 16.48. They do not come with drinks. You have to pay separately for them. I find that ridiculous especially for the price of the plate. There are other mom and pop places around here that have way better hawaiian food for less and give you a drink. Aloha k on haven to name one. Wont be coming back.

Aloha! Good food and Clean facilities. Did a quick phone order and my order was fulfilled on time. Staff friendly and relaxed. Able to visually see chefs work and they are quiet and seem to be doing their work fine. Drive thru is a plus for such a busy establishment.

Instead of calling it "Ono Hawaiian BBQ", it should be called "Ono dont order #2". The chicken was very bland and equivalent to my middle school crispy chicken. Ive only given it 2 stars because my friends #1 was very good.

I find the portions rather small and the price is a bit much for what you get. Also they charge extra for dressing. Food is Ono, but no kamaaina discounts.
