A bunch of my coworkers love Grills and Greens and visit regularly. Ive been here about 4 or 5 times now, and the food has been fresh and delicious every visit. Im definitely a fan! The owner is quite kind and recognizes his regular customers. He also offers free samples of meat and sauces if you are new. My favorite sauce is the tahini. The meats are very tender, juicy, and flavorful. The falafel is soooo fresh and tasty, I love it. I usually go for a salad with meat on top, but there are also sandwiches and rice plates. You really cant go wrong no matter what you order. Everything Ive tried has been on-point. You are sure to enjoy.

Meats are tender, juicy and perfectly marinated. Salads are simple yet have complex textural and flavor combos. Owner/staff were generous and attentive. Upon learning that it was out first time, the owner immediately called for meat samples for us to savor, along with sauces. We were offered complimentary tea, which I very much enjoyed. Prices May seem a Little higher, but with in-house prepared EVERYTHING and NO GRATUITY accepted. Its understood that the amazing staff gets paid better than your average fast-food employee and it shows in their gracious service. Thank you!

Wow. I ate too much! I just ate here for the first time and I had the best gyros sandwich I can remember. I also got a falafel plate that was incredible. In addition to the food the restaurant is clean and comfortable. There are couch options for those who want to relax but also traditional tables in case that is your preference. The staff were friendly and patient while I decided what to get, which took a while since it all looked great. I m in this area periodically and I will definitely be returning here.

I come to Rancho Cordova once a month for 3 days at a time to visit our office in this location. I find myself eating here for lunch and dinner every day that I am up here. If they had breakfast I would give it a try too. The cucumber avocado salad is one of the best salads I have ever had. All of the sandwiches and rice meat combo meals are terrific. Best quality food, best service and they dont even take tips. I never write reviews, felt like I had to on this one.

My Son and his family treated us to this new eating experience. All of the staff was most welcoming, and the food was delicious. Especially liked the way the beef and chicken was tender and moist. The spicy mango sauce was a first for me and Ill go back for more! Great dining at a casual family diner!

Fantastic "fast food Persian" place (not something you see every day). I stopped with some friends on our way to Tahoe and we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent food and out-of-this-world friendly owner, who invited us to try a bit of everything and explain the menu before he took our order.

This place really is amazing! If you have never been and are intimidated by the menu they will happily give you samples of their meats, sauces etc. Nicely appointed inside, and the staff is always very friendly and courteous.

Best vegan falafels on the planet! Try the falafel rice plate with vinaigrette dressing on the rice and falafels, its the best. Or try the falafel sandwich combo with some humus and bread, which is all vegan!

Friendly staff, clean places to sit and eat, and amazing food. Falafels were wonderfully crispy and the dressing and sauce was extremely flavorful. Great portions for a nice price. 10/10, would eat again.

Chicken gyro sandwich was oily, but needed more sauce, which they charge for, so I passed, would suggest getting sauce on the side as I couldnt taste mine. Thermostat at 78, too hot for us!
