Taco bell.... I personally like taco bells food, but this particular one, needs some work. You will either have a pleasant drive-thru experience, or youll get COLD TACOS, theyll MESS UP your order, say they have an item pull up to the window & say that they DONT have it. If theres daylight, there will be a less fortunate almost harassing you for a dollar, the front isnt the best place to order food, it smells like filth, urine and waste. Its located next to an alley, the bus stop for 117 metro is in front, so you can imagine the scene. Parking lot isnt too big, but its never crowded since its not a dine-in establishment. The staff isnt too rude, maybe 1 out 5. Dont recommend to come here unless its like a last resort.

I will occasionally visit this taco bell location. I believe it is a drive-thru only. The service is ok but they always have some kind of issue. On one visit they told me that they ran out of taco shells. Its called taco bell and they could not sell tacos. Also on two occasions I ordered iced tea and I got yellow water. It looked like they didnt put enough tea in the machine or the re-use the same tea.

I give this place no stars if it was possible, but I need at least one star to post this review. Orders always wrong. Service is terrible, the worst service ever for 7-9 people working indoors. Save yourselves some time, instead go to the one on Central and Manchester, or another one near by. Youre welcome.

The wait time was very bad because I was the first to order and the last to get my meal. The cashier is black and the other customers were black. In this area it is very comun. I am not black. Idk, if this was the cause. One customer said to cashier," good looking out, man."

Everytime i have came here, they get my order wrong, and its just like the mcdonalds across the street, filled with bums, in front of the store smells like dead animals, dirty outside, horrible, horrible customer service.. This taco bell looks like its falling apart.
