While they were very nice they messed up my order pretty bad. They messed up two different items and didnt give us two different items. I had to go back in twice, which was irritating considering its dark, raining and I have two young kids with me. To make matters worse I live 20 minutes away and when I finally got home we discovered that my husbands quesadillas are chicken when they were supposed to be beef and I called to complain, but they keep ignoring the phone. I dont usually give bad reviews but I am upset and considering I normally have a very good experience there Im not happy about tonights experience.

Fast food place in a small town. Service is great considering they work both Taco Bell and KFC. They get plenty of customers and things are non-stop; usuals and tourists passing through. Ive been to other Taco Bell and KFC (by themselves, not joint together like this place) where the service is only half as good despite less customers at times.

I love this Taco Bell/KFC the staff is cool, they have big bathrooms, and you dont wait that long.
