I never even write reviews but after my experience it was mandatory! Called to inquire about a possible special request for a cake order. Wasnt even able to explain what it was I was asking for with out being cut off over and over trying to just take a regular cake order. The person on The phone (clause) was not even listening to what I was really actually asking and cut me off with we can not help you. All I needed was a non decorated cake. I wasnt asking them to bend over backwards if anything it would have been an easier cake order then the rest. And with 3 weeks notice. Im not just writing this review because I couldnt get what I was looking for. But because clause wouldnt not even let me explain what I was looking for. Was just trying to take a regular cake order and get me off the phone. Not to mention the way he raised his voice after cutting me off trying to just take this order and go!

One of the ladies I worked with several years back used to bring Heidelbergs pastries and danishes in on Saturday. The best pastries Ive eaten. I had never tried their cakes until last year. For my birthday, one of my coworkers got a Heidelbergs chocolate cake with all of the chocolate trimmings. It was an amazing cake. As delicious as it was beautiful. I have since purchased all of my cake needs there and will continue to do so. My birthday is coming up in a few weeks and my friends birthday is the day before mine and we are celebrating together this year. I am surprising her with a Heidelbergs white cake, with Bavarian Creme and Fresh Strawberry filling with chocolate icing. You could not ask for a better cake. Their butter cream icing is light and fluffy and their cake is too! Enjoy!

Heidelberg made my wedding cake, birthday cakes, cakes for a bridal and baby shower I hosted, baptism cake...every one as great as the next. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING and their cakes, cookies, and pastries are all delicious. Everything I have ever ordered, including my wedding cake, turned out more amazing than I could have imagined. I live in Los Angeles now and still come down to place bakery orders for special occasions. Theyre the best!!

The best pastry shop this side of the pond! The owners are wonderful people and their cookies, pastries, croissants and cakes are all excellent. They are a great bargain too if buying for a large group!
