I love Stater Bros. Their everyday prices are decent and they usually have tons of products on sale. The Ralphs a block over has obscene prices, even with the club card. Note that Staters will have many items on sale, but not advertised in the circular. This store is huge. They have a wide selection, with name brands and their house brand to choose from. (I have never had a probelm with Staters brand.) They have a produce section, a standard meat section/butchers, a full bakery/deli, a pharmacy, and a "drug store" section. They also have a good selection of frozen vegetarian foods, not just veggie burgers. These are expensive, but specialty foods always are. The parking is not great, but I would say that it is pretty average for a grocery store. No club cards and they accept all major credit cards. There is a Wells Fargo branch inside the store. Expect nights to be busy (duh!). And do NOT go on a Tuesday night. The new sales start Wedsnesday, so the night before youll find the dregs of the ending sale. I have never had a problem with the staff. They arent overly friendly, but are always pleasant and helpful when I ask a question.

This is my local Stater Brothers Market. They consistently have good deals and I love their double ad Wednesdays. They have a good Pharmacy and Gary and Sheila will take care of you. They regularly have good deals on meat and steaks and the quality is decent. They have both the Bakery and Deli area here. I recently discovered their Fried Chicken and its a good deal and its pretty good tasting make sure you get the really short Latina girl to serve you she does the best service from the deli counter. There is always good deals on 2 liter drinks here and they have good Checkers in front. This is the best overall grocery store in the area for most of my shopping needs.

I prefer Stater Brothers because they strike a good balance between selection and prices. For example, Ralphs may have a slightly wider selection, but their prices on almost everything is higher. Also, Staters does not play games like requiring you to carry a membership card to get a better price. They also have real butchers on duty at the meat counter to help with any custom requests like thin cut steaks. Or answers any questions about which cut of meat is better for a particular dish. For these reasons, I shop here at least twice a week.

Quality sucks especially, when they leave me no choice but to pick up one of those "Stater Brothers" brand -which are as good as a garbage- because there are no other brand available!!!!. And workers there -or any other Stater Bros stores that Ive been so far- are so inefficient & rude, I wont shop there even they pay me to shop.

I love stater bros. They have the great sales and the employees are always so helpful. Alex Mazariegos in the meat department is so nice and helpful, anytime I need help selecting the best meat for any dish Im going to make he always has the best recommendation. Hes honestly the reason I keep shopping here.
