My wife and I recently started trying Panera Bread, mostly as a pregnancy friendly place. This location was nice in that the time we went out was not too busy, but they were out of the chicken broth bowl ingredients which I was craving all day. I ended up with the Thai broth bowl instead which was decent, just not what I was craving. You are hard pressed to beat the bread and bakery which is no surprise but you have still been warned :).

We had a goodbye gathering on the patio with multiple orders. The service was great. Had a quiche and orange scone - yum! Charles went the extra mile helping us gather tables as our party grew, he also surprised the guests of honor with brownies with a candle to blow out. Glad we chose Panera AH - we WILL be back!

They are usually either out of the item you need . For example today theyre totally out of coffee of all kinds and all have been waiting for 10 minutes. Usually they are out of quiche. Shorthabded, and the front counter staff are too inexperienced. A more experienced well paid supervision is a must.

I found a hair in my salad. It was pretty disgusting I do love Panera but its the second incident that Ive had. First incident was someone sneeze in their hands before they were handling the food. So Im going to take a break from Panera for a long long time.

This place is clean and the food is good but their water needs to go. It comes out pink from their drink dispenser even though you let it run awhile. They should change their method in serving water to their customers. Other than that, its not bad.

Rio Ariel is excellence indeed. She is very friendly and caring and knows Panera as a family oriented experience. I thoroughly enjoy my stay visiting Panera Weir Canyon!
