As a long resident of LA county, Im puzzled why people like Chipotle. Clean, spotless soccer-mom friendly interior. Check. Obligatory emphasis on fresh, natural ingredients and free range well treated livestock. Check. On the other hand, NO salsa bar, only bottles of TABASCO. WTH?? NOT AT ALL MEXICAN! Sour cream, lettuce, generic cheese - more Americanized toppings. Sofritas - what kind of meat is That? Crispy and flour taco options, meh. Burritos are a bit expensive if you dont want a lot of corporate profit filler e.g. beans and rice. Venture east along Inglewood Ave for some more traditional options.

My experience did not go well. I was asked my order. 2 chicken bowls please. White rice she gave me brown. When I corrected her she threw the brown rice out the bowl then put white rice after she took her finger digging in my bowl (though she had on gloves) I told her about digging in my bowl with her fingers she then threw the rice she had in the bowl away. Then moving down the line after putting my chicken in the bowl I told the next young lady I wanted everything except gaucamole. What I get everything plus gaucamole..

This is the worst chipotle ive ever been to. They always rush you while getting your order and then skimp on the portions. Im Im not asking for my bowl to be piled high but at least give me a decent amount of food. Their work counters are always dirty. Been to this location several times at various hours of the day and always have the same experience. Tonight is definitely my last time coming to this location . Horrible horrible location

I come here a lot because its next to my work, and every time they give me half portions of everything. Rice, half scoop, beans, half scoop, double steak 1 scoop. Like god damn Im paying for this food you can at least give me what I pay for. This is the only chipotle Ive ever been to that rations your food. Im going to have to go out of my way to go to another chipotle. Sucks because its so close to work and the food is good.

Yummy selection of food. Plates come out at different times, so the waiter recommended ordering plates to share, which worked wonderfully. Our food was served quickly even though the dining room was full of people. Oysters were nice, tacos were great! Perfect place for drinks and sharing small plates. The location was also nice- the street outside made a very nice picture.

Worst customer service ever, first th guy that was doing the food was just trying to rush me off , didnt even let me finish saying what I want before just passing me along. Then I told the lady at the register and she said that at night they just try and hurry. Ok but I am paying customer and you still need to take ur time. Smh

Another solid Chipolte location! Good food, staff that are active, friendly, and helpful. This is a good sized location, and during lunch the line can get long (it moves quickly). The parking here can be a bit tough. There is a decent sized outdoor seating area that almost always has open spots!

Worst Experience Ive ever had. they did not have any rice prepared and we had to wait in line for an extra 10 minutes. Then when I got home I realized that not only was the rice undercooked, but the barbacoa was as well. Disappointed because this WAS the Chipotle I loved to go to

Of course good food but the employees are the worse they all seem like they dont want to work. And hate when you ask for something else like why work if youre going to be acting like that. I love the food but I hate my experiences with the employees there.

Food was good but dirty store. Watched managers sit down for break with dirty tables everywhere. We had to wait for a clean table. Very disappointing to see the lack of care or concern from management.

Fast service but a bit sloppy. Picked up a bowl & had to ask the employee serving it a few times to add more of basic items(rice, chicken, and cheese). Would visit again but only if Im in the area.

I really love the food. Only problem I have is the music is too loud, hard for the workers to hear the order being placed. Most of the time I will eat outside or get my food to go.
