Went in 4 months ago when my sister was hospitalized to get food for her kids. I hadnt slept much and explained to the cashier/server I wasnt familiar with the menu. His name was Juan (Latino guy) I showed him what I wanted from the online menu and he was rude. He acted like he didnt know what I was talking about, he was extremely rude and honestly the worst server I had ever encountered.Some of the food had choices (scrambled or over easy) but he didnt bother asking, he chose for me-when I asked what was wrong and why he wasnt nicely helping me or giving me my options- he walked off & left me standing at the ordering counter.I was almost in tears because I was already a wreck finding out my sis had cancer not hours before. A shift leader helped me after rude Juan walked off. I told the shift leader they could check the cameras that I hadnt yelled at Juan or gotten rude- for him to justify his behavior. I later called to speak with the store manager who was more than appologetic.He offered a comped meal but I didnt call to get free food.I wanted him to know how disgusting Juan had treated me. I also told him about the news I had gotten about my sister and that the food I tried to order was for my niece & nephew whose mom was in the hospital. The manager was kind but I was disgusted at the horrific attitude from Juan. Never went back.

I came here tonight (@10:30)...The server was rude and was giving me an attitude. He wasnt helpful with the menu and he doesnt give suggestions like the other waiters.. He was lethargic...I Like Leonardo, Christian and Jesus as waiters. Been going to Carrows since 2007 and Im dissapointed with this waiter. The name of rude server was GUILLERMO.

Came around 0615 waitress had taken five minutes to acknowledge I was sitting front row. She hand me a menu ask did I wanted anything to drink, my reply yes water, another five minutes go by, nothing. I am the only customer in the place. Another customer walks in, and she all over her, I just removed myself from the restaurant.

Been coming here for years with my kids. Usually every Sunday. Food has great homemade taste. Have had one or two bad experiences as far as staff goes, but luckily i havent seen those employees for a while now. The regular staff though are attentive & welcoming. Thank u guys for your hospitality.

The Pot Roast w/mashed potatoes and delicious mixed vegetables including Broccoli and Cauliflower is absolutely the very best that I have ever had. I hope they never remove it from the Menu. Great food experience, and I eat out everywhere. Waitress was great also, nice place! Nina D

Service was pretty good it wasnt very busy but after all its just a Monday I liked the pumpkin pancakes they had a really good pumpkin flavor my omelette on the other hand was a little underdone in the center and all the tomatoes made it a little wet otherwise it was a good experience

Absolutely horrible service, from the hostess to the waitress and everything in between. We couldnt get seated until we complained and then the food took almost an hour to come out to us. The staff looked inattentive and perturbed to be assisting. Will not be returning.

Service was bad. Only time the server came to me was when ordering my food and giving my food. I ordered coffee it wasnt even warm at that when Im suppose to get it hot and fresh. My meal took five minutes to make. food wasnt even hot.
