Been visting Jaliscos for many years and Henry and the boys are great. Huge Raider fans and all. I love their carnitas plate and the homemade tortillas are the best. They have excellent menudo on the weekends, but you have to get their early as they run out quick. I wish they made pozole along with the menudo. I do wish that Henry would dip into his pockets a little and remodel the joint. The beat up bench seating and tables need to be replaced. And I think its time to get a flat panel TV in there versus the 20" TVs that are hanging up so far away that you can barely see who is playing. REMODEL.....REMODEL....REMODEL.....it is time.

Bad customer service. I order a burrito and a michelada. Michelada was great, but its pricey at $11.00. After 25 minutes waiting for my burrito i asked if they were making it. They guy who took my order was talking to someone all the time and he didnt notice he forgot to give the order to the cooks. They didnt make me pay for the burrito, but it was saggy and not good over all, its like they are not even trying. Rubios makes a much better burrito for cheaper and better environment. The only good thing about this place was the michelada. I gave them a chanse but they blew it. Not coming back ever!

I L-O-V-E jaliscos mexican food. I always order the pork tamale meal. My son eats so many chips and salsa he can barely touch his meal and my daughter still cant finish even a half order of nachos, cuz it is still too big. My husband is orgasmic over the super chicken burrito. This is the closest tasting food to my moms way of making mexican dishes so I am very emotionally tied that way. I have been coming here for many many years and as some have mentioned, I too ran into the "Woz" who was so nice to chit-chat about his Dancin with Stars adventure. Cant wait to go eat here this week.

When your friends tell you about that great hole in the wall Mexican place they want to take you thats Jaliscos. Found it 13 years ago and been going back on average once a week. Love the food even though I am a picky eater and only try a few things. personally other than Chevys, I dont know a place that has better chips and salsa than here. To me its to die for and a big reason I keep coming back on top of the menu stuff. its even better that its free.. I have routinely ordered the chips and Salsa for Superbowl parties. Great food, dont let the decor fool you its quirky and thats ok...

The person taking my order was so so rude, I wanted to pay as soon as I ordered because I was going to go across the street and wanted to pay up front so my son did not have to pay and for some reason they got really upset and said I pay when I pick up and I explained again I wanted to pay now because I was not going to be there and he rolled his eyes and said ok I guess you are the boss so well do it your way! What a jerk so I cancelled my order and went somewhere else where they treat you with respect!

Its a good--not great--casual place to go for Mexican food. I definitely enjoyed my burrito, it just wasnt anything special. One nice feature is that you can just grab another bowl of chips and salsa, which they keep on the counter, whenever you need more rather than having to wait for someone to serve you. To be candid, I think you get both better food and better ambiance if you walk to Aqui, which is also in a better location (downtown). Granted, Jalisco is a little bit cheaper, too.

At first glance this is just a hole-in-the wall restaurant with a bunch of worn-out furniture and can desperately use a face-lift. But underneath it all youll find some super friendly staff and some of the best down-home Mexican you can get. Im talking the kind of stuff that fills you up and keeps you full. Damn-near makes you pass out after your done eating you feel so satisfied. Very reasonable prices and a pretty big menu. Dont run away from this place, run to it!

Went there with a co-worker for lunch. Portions were large, food was hearty and authentic. The refried beans were very good, not at all thick and pasty. The rice was a little bland and the Chicken Enchiladas were good but had to add my own salsa verde on top of the default sauce they came with, you could not order with choice of sauce. Overall it was clean, the people were friendly, and the meal was satisfying. I would repeat.

I have been going to Jaliscos for years and it just stays excellent - the food, the small town restaurant environment and the people. Always good and fast - it is an excellent gem that Campbell needs to keep, especially with all the new businesses sprouting up. Thanks for serving great food at great prices. It is a total experience and unique. David

Wonderful service, very friendly. You can easily feed two people for $20. However, the quality of the food is really not worth it. Unless you are coming in for a couple of beers. I am not sure what happened to this place but they used to be really good. Its sad when an old school, well known place goes down hill.

We have been using Jaliscos to cater food for many years including our wedding 16 years ago. Always great service and quality of food. Plenty of seating in the restaurant and timely service to grab a bite at lunch without the rush of some other places nearby.

Every single salsa and dishes taste as a canned product, it takes too long to get the food ready even when they used canned ingredients and is over priced. I can tell most of the good reviews are from people who has not idea how a real Mexican food test like.

Very generic Mexican food, priced high for what you get. I would recommend El Guapo a few blocks East in downtown Campbell. The food there is much fresher and more authentic. The atmosphere at El Guapo is better too with Latino murals and other art.

Where I learned to eat Mexican food. On San Carlos St. In the 60s. The standard to which all Mexican food must measure up to. The red salad dressing is the BOMB! And so unique. Cant find anything like it anywhere. Really makes the plate special!

This is the best Mexican restaurant around. Ive been going there on and off since the mid-90s. Henry has a great cook. The food is good, very hot, not spicy if you dont want it spicy. Thanks for the great food for all this time!

Best Mexican food Ive had in the Bay Area. If this place put a location in downtown Palo Alto in a 5 star environment, it would have a non-stop line every hour of every day. The owner or manager is also super cool guy.

Amazing service, they really make you feel like family. The chili verde plate is huge and the absolute best this side of the Mississippi! And their signature taco is is fantastic. Best Mexican restaurant in the bay
