After standing at the counter for about 5min the shift leader looks at me and says "I will be with you in a minute" I thought really another minute ive been waiting 5 already.Then he goes on with what hes doing. I figured after giving the person waiting his food he would help...WRONG! He continued making french fries and other food. After waiting for about 10 minutes i looked back and now there was a line behind me which there was not one when i arrived. I was so angry that this guy who is supposed to be a shift leader would just ignore me & the other clients as if he did not want to attend us. I walked out and he didnt even care. I went to my car and looked to see if he had attended the person who was behind me and he did not. That person was also waiting! I will NEVER go to this dell taco again!!!!!

This is the only dell taco that sucks at making their tacos and fries right! They like to put in a little spoon of meat and a pound of cheese on the tacos and not only that but they cant even get their signature tacos right the "dell tacos" but then again when they had the classic tacos they couldnt even make those right ... ..not only that but they also do not fill up the fries all the way like they should... dont bother going to this place go to the dell taco in Glendora or something Ive confronted them multiple times about it and sometimes they fix it they need to close it down

I got a kids meal and a fiesta pack in the drive thru she asked me if i want hot sauce i said yeah i got home my two year old was eating i open the ketchup a few seconds he starts crying wondering y I check they put the HOT SAUCE IN THE KIDS MEAL BAG YOUR STUPID IDIOT WHY NOT WITH THE TACOS and forgot my drink

I have to give it 1 star because I nobody came to the register and I never got to taste the food. There was a family ha ongoing around. I think they had put in their order already. We hung out 5 minutes at the register, we werent helped, and they sure didnt get their food by then. So we left.

Their iced tea is always gooey and thick for whatever scary reason. Made the mistake of trying their Macho burrito- it was just pounds and pounds of everything which fell apart anyway after the first bite. Ill stick to their chili cheddar fries, chicken soft tacos and Coke.

Went at three oclock, busiest time for them. Waited 20 minutes, walked in. These two girls needed some more help from what I saw. They we like two chickens with no heads. Geez. Get more help in there!!!
