Ill start by saying that we read all the reviews before arriving, and thus expected to wait in the bar area before eating. We arrived for their Friday fish fry at 5:20 and got settled into the bar area with drinks. Decent drinks and decent prices, so no major complaints there. The weather wasnt very nice so their outside deck area wasnt being heavily used, so we expected a slightly longer wait. We were seated in their dining room at 6:50, an hour and a half after arrival. The dining area was small but had great views of the lake from all tables. We placed our order and added an appetizer, which arrived about 15 minutes after we ordered it. However, our food didnt arrive until 8:10, an hour and 20 minutes after we were seated. The order for our family of four included two Friday night fish fry orders of breaded and fried Alaskan whitefish and two orders of the poor mans lobster, which was broiled cod. After dropping off the food, our waitress Kathy never once stopped back to check if we received everything or to ask how the food was. One of the poor mans lobster orders had several very small pieces of cod which didnt add up to the three pieces advertised, and the Friday fish specials were heavy on the breading without as much fish. We had to flag Kathy down to ask for syrup for the potato pancakes and an order of tartar sauce, both of which should have been brought out with the food. The food was ok but not great, and none of us were quite full afterward. Throughout the evening, Kathy rarely made eye contact and wasnt very attentive. We voiced our concerns to both the male and female owners of the restaurant, and both times were met with excuses as to why the service had been so poor and slow. They were very apologetic, but their rationale for the poor service did not make sense given the situation. One of the most frustrating aspects was that a couple groups of similar size as our own who arrived to the restaurant an hour after we did finished eating at the same time as we did, pointing to serious issues with the order of service. The setting was nice and the food was ok, but we wont be back to Four Seasons.

Just there Friday June 24, 2016 with wife & two other couples for dinner. While they do not take reservations on Fridays, there was sufficient time to order a round of drinks at the bar while our table was set. There is inside and outside patio seating. The restaurant overlooks Big Arbor Vita Lake and is beautiful from any seat in the restaurant. This is a typical Northwoods Supper Club where all of the locals and weekenders dine. The special Friday menu is not large but it is perfect for any group. We checked out the regular menu and it was diverse with selections that seemed delicious. Wow Bob I was cleaned our plates which is the best proof that it was delicious food. Pricing appeared a little high but then again, it is the Northwoods experience you were also getting. We all agreed that we will be back again and again.

Waited 20 minutes to even see a hostess who redirected us to the bar to put our name in with the rude gentleman behind the bar who wouldnt come get us a drink because he was to busy flirting with the women at the other side of bar. We left after waiting 30 minutes of money in hand trying to get a drink. Almost a whole hour with out even a drink Horrible service.

We docked our boat at their pier and had very good rib-eye sandwiches for dinner 2 weekends ago for less than $11 per person. Last Friday night we tried the fish fry and thought it was pretty good for a supper club. The facility offers seating inside and outside with reservations. I would certainly come here again for the rib-eye sandwich.

We have been coming here for 10 years and tonight on a Wednesday night 7/25/17 we had the wait two hours for a table and then over 6 minutes for our food and the young girls who worked there were snotty and probably should be sent back to daycare!! The owner was not there never go here!!! Horrible!!!

Be ready to wait, but worth it. Sat at the bar for a few Old Fashioned. Bartender was great, fun to watch - knows her stuff. Fried fish on Wednesday, good stuff.
