Please help this place. I wish the manager in this specific store read this. - I did notice the Low Mein for several months in this branch is way too bland now. Only two receipe are being use. Noodles and Panda express sauce. ( Hardly even have a sauce) I missed that distinct taste of Chinese wine that Panda Express seem to use before. I am not sure what they used to add in there, but somehow it taste like a wine, but it has been long gone! Did I mention the celery and some veggies are no longer in the receipe? - We paid $33 and the server never fill the top of the container where other branches normally do routinely. they only fill 3/4. - Yes, it is true I had one occasion that we waited 10-15 min past their opening store hour. We would rather go to Mcdonalds in 76th and Rawson than here. BTW, even the McDonalds in Oak Creek sucks! Their french fries seem like less than 2 inches long and mostly the bottom left over where still use. The 76th and Rawson is GREAT!

My boyfriend and I went to this store with another couple on Sunday after the Packer game. We got there at 8:45, 45 minutes before the 9:30 posted closing time. We walked in, and everything on the food line looked very old. Half of the menu items werent even out! Crab rangoon, sweet sour sauce, egg rolls.. all not even prepared! We asked the server if she could make us fresh food if we ordered, and she said "sorry, the last thing the cook is making is orange chicken." The cook was noted to be very busy cleaning the walls, which Im pretty sure is not the priority while a store is still open... How can you refuse to make food almost an hour before closing time?! I used to work at qdoba back in the day and even if it was 2 minutes before close we would make fresh rice for a burrito. Absolutely blew my mind. I will not be going back here for a long time. The manager needs to work on improving this store and the service provided.

Horrible experience very unprofessional treatment! Stood waiting for some time while they offered full service to a couple with infant with bad english. But when finally got to me . Person was not concerned if i was dining in an assumed i was not. Then did not meantion any meals or ask if i desired to have anything to drink with the meal. Person was very poorly trained. I would recremend the trainer gets retraining an a 2 day suspension so trainer takes more diligence in job duties. Because each kind of person should be able to get served with same quality of service. Not pick an choose when people working there feel like giving even a half quality service. I will not recommend this panda house to clients anymore

Stopped in last night (Saturday) at 6:00. At least half of the entree options were empty. Bowls were clean and was told they would not have them for the rest of the night?? Dinner time and your choices were orange chicken, angus steak and a couple of others and thats it? I love Panda Express but this location always seems to have issues. Update. Stopped tonight (Thursday) at 8:10. SIgn on door says Lobby closed at 8:00 due to short staff. See people cleaning the kitchen, mopping the lobby, all the chairs up, etc. Sure looked like there was staff there? This place really doesnt seem to want to be successful. I love Panda Express but this is the absolute worst outlet Ive been to, and its not just a one time thing.

Staff here are very nice, I never ran into an issue with them. It can get a little crowded during lunch time, but thats because everyone wants there food. Even with these lines, they dont last very long. The bathroom is a little small and the doorways are very hard to open when the wind picks up. The drive through is perfect no issues there. The price for the food is great, I usually get white rice with orange chicken, I can never eat all the rice. The inside of the restaurant is clean, I never had an issue with this. Its a great place to grab a quick bite to eat.

My son and I stop in today for lunch, and while we were eating a lady was sweeping the floor where the guys are cooking. So as I was watching she bump into the bowls (stainless steel bowls) & they fell to the floor & she picked them up put the bowls on the contours, and then next thing one of the cooks grabs one and puts food into it & started to cook the food that was from one of the bowls that fell. I asked to speak with the manager and the lady who was sweeping the floor IS the manager. This was my first & only time Ill eat here AGAIN. JUST NASTY.

First, we (family of 4) had to wait 15 minutes for chow mein. Plus I paid $1.25 extra for the steak, well...I got two...TWO! pieces of steak. The rice in all of our meals was hard and hella burnt and completely inedible. They also didnt put any teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki chicken we ordered. If I hadnt driven all the way home with two small hungry children I would have taken that garbage back to them instead of tossing it in my own garbage. Yall need to get it together!

I would give a negative review if I could gave this place 3 chances and every single time I went I ordered beef and broccoli and ended up with just broccoli. Im not one to complain to restaurants but I had enough. I went inside to complain and I watch the woman working the drive thru scrape the bottom of another chicken pan and serve the customer only green beans with no chicken. When I mentioned that I wanted my money back they told me they couldnt do that. So annoyed.

Would not recommend going to this location. Ordered dinner online. Tried calling 3 times to find out if I could pick up in drive thru - no answer. On the 4th attempt there was an answer and I was told I could pick up in the drive thru. 30 seconds later and Im told there is a new policy that I have to go in to get my order. After all the effort of getting the kids out and back in the car, find out I didnt even get my full order when I got home.

We got her at 11 when the store opens at 10:30. The website has the wrong hours. When we got here, its was open for around 30 minutes and the chow mien and multiple other items were not out yet. The chow mein was not prepared well and the orange chicken had barely any sauce on it. We waited 15 minutes for chow mein and it wasnt worth it. I dont recommend this place at all. I wish that you could give this place a no star.

Worst Panda Express Ive ever been to. This is now the 4th chance, and most definitely the last. Youll either be waiting forever to be greeted or for your order. The rice is always extremely hard and dry (the regular white and the fried). Twice now my order wasnt even correct, and this past time I was missing an entire extra entrée. If you ask for sauce, check before you leave that you received it. All-in-all: horrible.
