I am from Texas, in the Chicago area on business. Our daughter collects Starbucks mugs. I had been in several Starbucks, all were sold out of the Chicago mug I wanted and did not know if they would receive another shipment. I started calling several of the stores, was about to give up. The very nice young lady answering the phone said, "will you hold for a minute?" (after I told her I was looking for the mug) The next voice said, "do you mind holding while I check a shipment we received today?" They had the mug I wanted and held it for me. I want to commend all the employees at 101 E Front St, Wheaton, IL for a wonderful experience in their store. I might add my husband and I are in the business of retail consulting, Happy Holidays to all the employees at Lombard Starbucks. I will be back, summer vacation 2015.

Several times bought coffee, all the times the seller asking about the receipt, I need it or not ? As far as I know , the receipt should be given automatically to the buyer. Seller is constantly mistaken with the order, how many times I have bought so many times that water were instead latte etc... Second, the terrible state of tables and sofas, the walls... the impression that you sit somewhere in the barn... bUt not in the center of Wheaton Starbucks ... And at third, is always found some homeless man who stare at teenage girls ... Parents, beware before you let go of some of their children in this place.

I think they do well with the space available. not many tables, but enough. It can get tight when there is a line but the baristas keep things moving. Theyre friendly and will chat it up if the place isnt busy. Starbucks coffee is the same everywhere, so in that department you should know what youre getting into.

Very small store but amazing staff. The staff at this location is by far the nicest and friendliest group Ive ever met at Starbucks. Dragana, the manager, pretty much remembers everyones name (at the very least the semi regulars) and that in and of itself provides such a great experience.

Lovely atmosphere and super nice employees. Very clean and great bathrooms. You never have to wait long. Not to mention the excellent coffee! Although it is a very small space and sometimes it is hard to get a place to sit.

I have never been dissapointed by this Starbucks. Massive lines from time to time, but quick service and good coffee. Friendly staff and a great location to watch the trains.

Extremely small and super noisy. Its always full of obnoxious teens. Go to River City roasters across the street instead to escape all of that amd get better, local coffee.

I wish they had a drive thru. The coffee was good though I had to wait for them to make a new pot of decaf. I am glad that they supply stevia with monk fruit for sweetners.

Most Starbucks all feel the same. The location and design make this one stand out. The staff were nice and the drinks were the same quality youd expect from any Starbucks.

Too small. They waste too much space Starbucks stuff. Too noisy outside. Train so loud you cant talk. Lots of traffic at light The coffee is good, standard issue SB.

Employees are nice. Biggest complaint is that this location always feels a little dirty and cramped. The outdoor seating, however, is very pleasant.

Whenever the front door opens it lets in tons of cold/hot air. Not a great place to study, which is a shame since it is so close to Wheaton College.

This starbucks is pretty good. The other option here is to go to La Spiazza. Starbucks has better drinks, but La Spiazza has better atmosphere
