I have ordered from this store many times. Each time I do, I order online and they never seem to get the order correct to my expectations. There is consistently waaaaaaay too much tomato sauce, regardless of specific instructions. Furthermore, when ordering more than one topping, do not expect to get a full amount of each that you order. Its almost as if they have a specific amount that they are willing give, and that amount is divided amongst the toppings you choose. For example, if you order a pepperoni pizza, you will get 24 pieces of pepperoni, if you order sausage and pepperoni, you will get 12 pieces of each. Should you order veggies, they will further reduce the amount of toppings to accommodate, even tho they still charge you for the full amount of each. Very unhappy with all of my experiences.

There us no 1/2 star. Terrible experience. Totally ignored by the one and only waitress working, and serving numerous tables. Arrived late for the lunch buffet, but instead of waitress informing us of that, she let us get the buffet. "Sorry, no more pizza coming out, buffet is over" after our first round. She did not clear our empty plates. She did not come back so I could pay. (I did not mention how we stood by hostess area to be seated, as per sign, she yelled across resturant "just sit down", or how I wiped off the table). May be a while before I go back there again.

They got our Pizza wrong 2 visits in a row. The last time there was no sauce on the remake and when we told them all they did was bring 2 tiny cups of marinara sauce! The pizza was also so greasy it literally made you ill!!

Service is a hit or miss here. Either very good or very poor. As of lately, its been more good than bad. Food is excellent. Beverages are your typical Pepsi products.
