Ive always loved stopping here on the way to work at my east side location (to the point that I pull a U turn just to stop into this place); today they totally knocked my socks off though! I ordered; went to grab my wallet and had that gut wrenching feeling. I had FOROGT my wallet! They smiled, laughed with me a little, and said just get us back next time you stop! For real?! I am even more in love with this place now! Thank you for letting me get my jolt; I clearly needed it this morning!

I come here at least 2-3 times during the week before I head into work. The service is always top notch every single time I go! Even when the line is long, I dont think Ive ever waited more than 5-6 minutes to get my drink. My FAVORITE is the iced cheesecake white mocha and iced green tea. And the baked goods are amazing as well-hats off to Madison sourdough! I will continue to be a regular here for quite some time Im sure!!

These guys make my day almost everyday. I work in the neighborhood and have been patronizing their establishment for four years. A lot of the staff are the same ones who have been serving me that whole time. Drinks are less expensive then certain corporate coffee joints and they have only ever messed up my drink once. I do wish theyd bring back the old chaipo though. The new one tastes weird. It used to be my go to.

Moka is my daily coffee spot. They always have exceptional coffee and customer service, but today they went above and beyond. I dropped my coffee on my way to class and I, like many of us, am lost without my morning coffee. Not only did they remake my coffee without charge but I was given a triple in place of my usual double. Coffee and kindness make the world go round and Moka has both in excess.

I just came back to Madison two weeks ago. When I lived here, I used to stop on my way to work. It was one of the things I missed most while I was gone!! I was beyond thrilled to find Moka still here after 13 years!!! These are the Nicest Young people you ever want to meet!!! They engage you in conversation, give treats to the furbabies, and Always make your beverage Exactly as you ask!! 100% A+

This place exemplifies what a coffee shop should be. Its not just the delicious Joe but the outstanding people working there. I think most service industries are forgetting what industry they are actually in. Not Moka, not since they opened as Java Express until just a few days ago. Theyll treat you right. I mean, they have 2 drive throughs. Sweet!! Give them a shot, you wont regret it.

If youre in-bound on East Washington, I highly recommend stopping here - if the line is not excessive that is! There are technically 2 drive-thru windows but the small lot makes it difficult to maneuver during the morning rush. Great espresso beverages and smoothies, and very friendly and engaging baristas. They also serve a smaller selection of sugary pastries.

I think that DJY5 should be aware that it is not company policy to take orders at cars. That is something the employees are Moka do to try to help people get to where theyre going faster. If you didnt have time to wait your turn, maybe you didnt have time to stop for coffee in the first place!

I went through the drive through here with my friend Archie. One important note about my friend Archie: hes a dog. The smart, kind folks at Moka recognized him as such and presented him with a doggie treat. He was pretty psyched. Coffee was good, too. p.s. Yes, Archie is adorable.

Best Chai Ive ever had (just like the west-side location), and incredibly fast service. Seriously, its amazing. There is also indoor seating, despite appearances. Its just on the other side of the building from where you drive in.

These people are always nice - especially when I bring my dog. They dont allow dogs inside, but they thoughtfully set out a water bowl for pets - not that my dog has ever needed it. He only drinks blended frapps. Such a snob!
