I went to Pekin IL. Starbucks a few weeks ago and got a Chestnut Praline Latte and it was near perfect. The one I got from here tasted very watered down and had almost no chestnut taste! I am very displeased as I used a gift card that I got from a family member as a birthday present and this is only the second time I have used it. I couldnt make a complaint in person because Im on a road trip and I didnt notice until I was out of town, as I had to wait for it to cool down. Once again, I am very displeased with this experience!

I was greeted with enthusiasm. I asked questions about menu items I had never tried. I was given an accurate description and a complementary sample of a summer drink. Starbucks is a leader in the coffee shop industry for these reasons and more. I like the little shops too but this national brand earned its stripes and found a winning recipe for global success. Bravo to the Starbucks team at Washington and Veterans in Bloomington!

Bad location, always busy, dangerous set up. This is located on the end of the building and you wrap around the building to get in drive thru, while people are driving past you to get into parking lot for little shopping Plaza, then you are leaving drive thru and people are pulling in and out and there is not enough room.

Fast and courteous service here. They have a big digital order board with a camera in it so you can see the barista and they can see you. Pretty neat, but its never been working when Ive visited there unfortunately!

My coupon didnt work for some reason and I couldnt get the drink I wanted but the barista at the window named Zach was very sweet and efficient and made my normal drink I get!! Love this location!

Ordered a blueberry muffin but was given oatmeal. Unfortunately I didnt check while at the store. I dont like oatmeal so not only will that go to waste but also I paid for something I didnt get

Always friendly service and great coffee, outside seating, and a pleasant atmosphere. Be prepared for the drive-thru lines at peaks ~ they can get a bit silly (eg. 27 mins Sunday at 10:30).

I am surprised by the lack of consistency from a national chain. I think I had more grounds in my coffee than sugar. Terrible service and they didnt even try to rectify the situation.
