In the words of George Takei, "Ohhh My!" Hmmm Without writing a book. Lets just say I was impressed. First the cashier was great! I walked over to the pick up area and the man making my sandwich took up an appropriate conversation. I was delighted! The smells and the good mannered employees made for a great "standing around, when is my flippin food gonna be done??" experience. Well it was done so quick that I was very impressed. Faster than it took that "BK" to even take my order. (See my "Rude BK experience" in another review). This guy was so cool. he had a great smile and felt like he was genuine. so I am writing this coming off a disappointing B.K. experience but riding a delicious Cousins subs food coma!! :) Yes, its just a sub sandwich place, but I will consider them FIRST from now on before those other two horror houses. Keep up the good work guys and Gals!

The young man at the register was most likely high while taking peoples order. Also, he must have been friends with the people in front of me because they were doing more talking than ordering and they were given a senior discount. (They looked like they were in high school.) When it came time for me to place my order I had to repeat myself 3 times and he asked me how to spell my name. He apparently thought Dale is spelled with a y, "I spelled it Daly". Whatever. Service was terrible food was good. Just pissed because I was on my lunch break and need to get back quickly.

Is usually pretty good, I like the subs, I like the fries, and the curds (are actually really good). I get a veggie sub with all the extra veggies on Asiago parm. I also usually go in store. This past time however, I was on a time constraint and went through the drivethrough, I order the same thing I always order, greatly looking forward to it, and when i open it up there are no extra veggies (peppers and olives are my favorite part) and its on white bread. Needles to say i was fairly disappointed.

The staff is nice and friendly, the entire place and the bathrooms were clean .I never been in a fast food place that was these nice .I try the cubano sub and fries and the gentleman brought it to me and thank me for my service .I was here ,to have work done in my truck at tire plus and these was the best place I choose by far for a quick bite. I sat outside which was a beautiful Sunny Sunday in everything was nice out there too clean.

Cashiers were pretty awful but my sandwiches were made to order, and were good. The cashier took 20 minutes to get through 4 pretty easy orders in total. She would keep interrupting the customers while they were placing an order and then ask them to repeat things. The people making the sandwich did well though despite the cashiers creating issues for them on orders.

I found the exact opposite of the prior post. I got to the e wash location 20 min before they closed tonight & was told that the grill was off & we couldnt order hot subs!!! With the constant problems Ive encountered with this location, tonight was this DEDICATED customers last attempt at a Cousins sub

Called at 8:20 to place an order for pick up. Guy answered the phone and said just so you know we close at 9 oclock. What?!?!? Umm just so you know Ill be spending my money elsewhere

I am in love with this place. There have cheese curds fries not just chips. Also i find the cousins subs are a Milwaukee base company so yeah keep bussiness local and in thee state

They were five minutes away from closing and they took the time to make two sandwiches for us. we were starved. Great service. Really great sandwiches. Wonderful people.

good food as cousins always does but the mens bathroom is absolutely disgusting. mold on the floor and the smell is terrible and unbearable. needs to be fixed asap
