Really enjoyed my meal here. The entire service experience was exemplary. I really felt welcomed and it was clear that the staff truly appreciated each patron who comes into the restaurant. It is nice to feel like you (and your dollars) are appreciated. I had the Bayou Shrimp Flatbread. It was very good. Ample portion of shrimp on crispy, flaky flatbread, covered with a thin layer of cheese and with some tasty sauce on it. It wasnt overly sauced or toppingd, and the shrimp were well-seasoned. Inside, the restaurant feels fun and inviting. Lots of couples in the restaurant enjoying a date night. A couple of families and other groups, too. Not a place that is suited to only one age range or demographic. Overall, the service sets this place apart. I didnt know what to expect going in, but left pleasantly surprised and with smile. I even got a free dessert, since it was my first time there. I will be going back again! *Note* I forgot to add this to my initial review, but you order at the counter here, and they bring your food out to you. The tip you select when paying for your food before your meal is given back to you in cash, so you dont have to worry about tipping and then the service not meeting your expectations. Also, they do clean your table for you, so you leave your food and plates after your meal and they come by and get it. That part was a bit ambiguous at first, so I thought I would clear it up for anyone else. Overall, great experience. I will eat here again!

My husband, Ernest, and eat lunch everyday at Peppers. The food is always delicious. It is the best in Tupelo--and believe me we have tried them all. Peppers is always extremely clean. This is most important when selecting a place to have lunch. The managers are on top of what diners want and need. The servers are so kind and efficient. They have a smile when we go inside as well as a hello--sometime they even greet us by opening the door for us. They are THE BEST. We love Peppers. Thanks for the food and service. Carolyn and Ernest

Every time I have dine at Sweet Peppers my order has been correct. They give me what I asked for in a timely manner. I eat at this restaurant at least 4/5 times out of the month. Theirs a young lady there by the name of Modesty. Every time I call, if she answers, she already knows my order. But shout out to the whole crew for being exceptional great!!!

Has really great food. Soups and sandwiches are their specialty. They also have some decadent desserts! Fast service well. It was crowded when we went so I suggest downloading their app from the app store and order from there so your food will be ready when you arrive.

We eat here frequently. We like the nachos and I like the Southwestern Quesadillas. The carrot cake is really good and their tea is good. I also like their soups and sandwiches. Its hard to go wrong here.
