The girlfriend and I decided to try a new place for breakfast and experiences like this make us love our tried and true selections even more. We were seated quickly, and drinks were brought quickly. Our server never introduced themselves and had an issue with eye contact; none was ever made. The girlfriend ordered a 2x4 and was able to sub a waffle for the pancakes, which is very nice and a side of potatoes with chicken gravy. I got the bacon & cheese omelette with white toast and hash browns. The food was brought out pretty quick sadly the only thing that was warm, not hot, was my omelette. The girlfriends bacon and sausage were cold, eggs over easy were luke warm, potatoes were room temp, the waffle was cool and the syrup was downright cold. My toast didnt even melt the butter that was in between the slices. The omelette was OK and the only part that seemed spot on was the hash browns. The meal was a letdown considering this place is rated 4.5 stars when we checked it out. I suspected that everything in the meal was waiting on my omelette to finish but I wasnt paying attention to the kitchen/warmer after we ordered. I did start watching and about 5 minutes before we leave I noticed three plates get put up, they were still there when we paid and left. The final break was as we got change the server that was waiting for the three plates under the warmer proceeded to put the french toast plate in the microwave and warm it up that way. It shouldnt of surprised me after our lackluster meal but it does explain a lot. If I want to spend $20 for a mediocre breakfast Ill go to McDonalds at least that food will be consistently hot.

This was a terrible experience. We did get the breakfast buffet, and did not expect much other than the typical buffet experience... the food was actually cold though. Not even luke warm...cold. When I told the waitress, her response was she would tell them to "turn it up", all the food out on the buffet would not have passed health code. In addition we did not get the water we ordered and service was way under par. If you want to sit down and enjoy a family meal... this is not the place to do it. Keep searching!

We very much enjoyed our late breakfast both had eggs benedict they were outstanding fresh and hot, waitress was excellent attentitive without being intrusive, prices were fair and place was clean. Hadnt been there in ages but will not hesitate next time we want to go out for a bite

The prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly. The real issue is the quality of the food is inconsistent. They routinely overcook the hash browns and American fries. Dispute this they are very busy on weekend mornings due to limited breakfast offerings in this area.

This is Fond du Lacs best place for an affordable delicious meal. BLT clubs are massive, burgers and fries are perfect, breakfast is phenomenal, but everyone goes here for the chicken dumpling soup. This is the chicken dumpling soup of legends.

The hostis tried to seat us ALMOST on top of another party trying to enjoy there meal.. Needless to say we asked for new seats and they accommodated us. The Oasis is in need of serious remodeling/updating.

Went for breakfast on Sunday, Food we ordered was not fresh cooked, was taken directly off the Buffet. First time going and probably the last. Not impressed. Will probably not go back. Faros is way better.

Love the food, prices, and service! My husband had the flaming cheese and loved it! I am pregnant and was craving Biscuits and Gravy. SO good. We have been twice in one week, the food is that good.
