Adult weekend buffet - $11.95, kids any age $9.49. My kids are 4 and 6 and restaurant insisted they will charge $9.49 for both kids. They hardly eat anything. Go figure. Feature request for Google to provide 0 "stars" for service. ** Edit: 6/22/2017 ** For the owner: For your information, we never asked for free food. Also, you must have me confused with some other person. I had even offered to pay 1 adult price instead of 2 kids price of $9.49 which you outright denied saying your system will not accept and that I have no choice. Your waiters were much more courteous asking me to take a seat and to work something out. You did not even care when I was walking out. For your information, there are plenty of places where they have not charged for my kids. But I always insist on paying or leave them a large tip if they dont charge for kids.

We try every new restaurant in town and coming to Ruchi for Sunday buffet was very disappointing. Food was mediocre. Very bland and had no taste of any spices. Food temp was approx. 70 degrees, room temperature. Horrible. Pani Puri stall had limited stuff and felt like I was eating puri with water. Pick any food from the buffet table, it was bland in taste, and semi-cold. Texture of food items were very stale and seemed like it had been sitting for hours. Service was OK. Interior was clean and spacious. Clean, spacious, OK service is not sufficient for a food junkie like us. We look at what we eat and utilize smell, taste, and look of the food. I think for us, there will be no second time visit to Ruchi Restaurant

Came in for Sunday breakfast restaurant only had 3 guests...shouldve been my first clue. I ordered a steak skillet with pancakes. It took almost 40 minutes to get our meal. Pancakes were so raw the batter was oozing out of the sides. My over easy eggs were over cooked and hard. there was a single slice of Kraft singles cheese half melted under the eggs. The steak was gray, over cooked, hard, and tasteless 2 bites and i was done. My buddy ordered corn beef hash and eggs. Corn beef was over seasoned with salt, potates were burnt on top and raw in the center, and easy over eggs were over cooked. This place should do the public a favor and close its doors. We will never be back!

People say life is a gamble, not pretty sure about that but the food here is a gamble. Tried this place 3 times, first time the food was good (schezwan friend rice).. second time was below average and yesterday it was horrible. We were a party of 5 and all of us got sick after the visit. Old stale food, no flavour, no taste and was completely bland. The breads were fresh but everything else was stale and possibly spoilt. I will never come back to this restaurant even if they offer me free food for life. Unless you wanna pay a very high amount of money to get sick, dont waste your money because they would rip you off as soon as you set foot into the restaurant. Disgusting.

Could have been a 5 star. Soup was good, service was a bit terse but acceptable. Ordered a small salad with ranch. Got a large Greek salad with vinaigrette. Ok, no problem - it was tasty. Ordered mousaka, asked for Greek potatoes for my choice of Potato. Waitress contested that I got potatoes. Pointed it out in the menu and she agreed. Options were not listed and I ordered Greek potatoes. She returned to tell me that was not an option. So I chose baked. Then my dinner came - with Greek potatoes. Ok, Bonus. Mousaka was good but had a frozen center. Ate it anyway. Probably wouldnt go back.

I was very impressed by Ruchi Restaurant. The staff greeted us with smiles as we walked in. We ordered two types of naan bread - garlic and plain - both delicious. My friend and I each ordered an entree to share between ourselves. The food came quickly and freshly, in generous servings too. Both entrees - a vegetable paneer and vegetable kadai impressed both of us. Both were a little spicy, but perfectly suited for our palates. To finish it off, they gave us two free mango lassis for dessert. Wonderful experience. Reasonable price. Definitely go here for some Indian Cuisine.

Had a good experience, The place has good interiors and looks clean , We wanted a to go order , they do not serve to-gos during buffet lunch hours On request the staff agreed to take a to-go order and said only Biryani can be to go , we wanted other different items and they agreed , The food was delicious Biyani - Good Quantity and good Taste Curry puffs - fresh and yummy Masala uttappam - Tasted nice Schezwan fried rice - winner We enjoyed it

When tasting food your sense of smelling is a critical factor. This place smells bad enough that I could honestly report that it is not possible for ANYTHING to taste good! The omlette for over cooked and cold. Hash browns cold and oil soaked. Toast was a week old for sure. I have a hard time driving past this joint let alone go inside to eat. Best practice...stay far, far, away. Oh service sucked too

Great service and food was freshly made. They have both veggie dishes and meat dishes. I tried their buffet and was very pleased. I must of looked confused trying to figure out what some of the dishes were but one gentleman who works there not only told me what the dishes were but how some people preferred it. Its easily accessed and I would go there again.

Quite mediocre .. We ordered quite a few dishes north & south and everything had some issue taste was terrible especially the indo Chinese hakka noodles was a Hodge of ketchup & chilli powder and when we conveyed to the manager there was hardly any reaction . Rava dosa had a lot of salt Skip this and head to alternatives in Naperville which are in plenty

I went to a Maha buffet 40 items where they had prepared but nothing was tastier kind of authentic what we say,just for the sake filling stomach we went chicken was not cooked properly in the fried item,smells like raw and at least paani poori couldnt gv a proper taste rest all kind of ok

My first time here and it was super delicious food. It has both South and North Indian cuisine and both are the best. My whole family loved the food (not very easy to please them). Im definitely coming here every time i crave Indian food. I totally recommend to everyone.

Came for mothers day No people waiting but it took awhile to get seated because there is not enough staff to run the place. Friendly service, two guys standing around looking while everyone else worked was a little odd but good service and excellent food

Awesome Chicken 65 and Chicken Tikka Dosa. Since it was our first time ordering takeout here, one of the waiters gave a free piece of chocolate cake to my little cousin, which was awfully generous of him.

Great restaurant with excellent ambiance. Best Indian food in Naperville area. Ruchi Biryani is the best of biryanis that i ever tried. Prices are reasonable too..
