WARNING!!! AS a former manager, I would NEVER go here. The owner is lazy and refuses to follow health code. They leave the grime on the slicer while slicing for hours... gross, smelly, slimey meat. They clean up right before the health inspector comes. The owner sits in the back looking up hunting dogs and lies to guests to their faces saying the food is freshly made when its not. When people would ask if he was the owner he would also lie and say he isnt.. When bringing up the issues about health code (storing precooked meat in coolers for hours that broke and then serving that at Hutchinson) I got fired!!

Wow! Firehouse Subs knows how to deliver customer service (and some really good food, too!). I went there for the first time this week, and was welcomed by very friendly, knowledgeable staff. When I went to leave, one of them walked through the restaurant with me to open the door and wish me a good day! I loved the food so much, that I found myself there for lunch the next day. It was pouring rain outside, so the owner loaned me one of their umbrellas as I walked out to my car. If you want good food with great service, this is the place to go!

Went here for lunch yesterday and had to wait 10 minutes for my sub. I got the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket and what a waist of money it was. Bottom piece of bread was soggy, way too much BBQ and the meat was like mush, no texture, like it was frozen. I dont know about other firehouses, but this one sucks.

I love the "Club on a Sub" and the "Hook and Ladder". Definitely get it "All Involved", and I just learned you can add banana peppers for free! Yum! I also love the soda machine with all the choices-Cherry Mellow Yellow is awesome! :) The staff is always super nice, too!

Say goodbye to all the other sub shops, Firehouse Subs is all you need! Delicious smoked meat served warm in a lightly toasted sub. Dont forget about the hot sauce bar and contribution towards local Fire and Police Departments. Go around the back for additional parking.

no veggie options on the menu and what I got was unsatisfying: brat bun type bread, canned mushrooms, iceberg lettuce and crappy tomato. I assume the high price is for the meat options so why is it not cheaper without the meat? Nice staff though and good sauces

Easily a top three sub shop in Eau Claire (IMHO!). The customer service is second to none as the staff is always friendly. A great feature is that they are one of the few restaurants in town to have one of those fancy soda dispensers that gives dozens of choices.

Good food if I would get the sub I ordered. The two times I have went to Firehouse Subs I received the wrong sub. I did not realize I got the wrong sub until I got back to work and looked at it. I was told Im sorry when I called to let them know :(

The sandwiches are made with a high standard for quality. The house datil pepper hot sauce is quite addictive. If youre in the mood for somthing spicy they have a wall of hot sauce for your enjoyment.
