Boo. I called in an order right when they opened. I was told 15 mins. till the order would be ready. When I arrived to pick up the order at 10:12AM I was told just a min longer. I saw a lady from the school walk past me with a list and cash in her hand. Mind you I had already paid for my order. I waited until 10:30 to ask what happened to my order. They said it was coming out. I asked what happened and they said a school order got put ahead of my order. The very order that walked in after I paid for mine. At 10:36 I finally get my order and as I go to take a bite of the Shrimp Po-Boy I realize it was cold. Yes I know that the dressings are cold but the bread is toasted and cold, the shrimp is cooked but cold. Like they had made the po-boy set it aside for 20 mins while making another order and then made my frys. I turned around and asked for a refund. Not being rude. Just a simple " I am sorry, but my sandwich is cold I would just like a refund." I stood there for 5 mins while they took care of other orders and customers. All the while plainly hearing them talking about me wanting a refund and giving me dirty looks. I overheard them say that the woman that could give me a refund was not there after a bit. I couldnt stay and wait as I had to get back to work. So, I said I would be back on my lunch break to get my refund. I will let you know how it works out. Sincerely, Disapointed Customer. :(

Apparently when they change hands they mustve done something all kinda wrong because the food tastes terrible. My mom said that there was something wrong with meet and later threw up threw up her sandwich. When are called to tell people how awful the sandwich why they were very nice. The bread was completely stale ruin the sandwich. Not that the inside of the sandwich was all that great anyway. I hadnt been there in 2 years and I was so excited to eat there but when I got the food it fell completely flat I didnt like it its terrible I had the fries in like them but how can you really mess up french fries so we will not be going back after spending $40 there we feel we wasted our money but they were very nice just need to get back to the roots of who the people were before when is eddies own it. We had gotten a muffalata and it was completely greasy they said they would put roast beef on it but always really found with Bologna in salami and it wasnt on traditional bread and it was extremely greasy. Far as Im concerned Im not really mad at them its just they need to figure out how to make sandwiches is there going to be called the Sandwich Shop and we wont be going back just because it tastes terrible but they are very nice people and I hope them the best definitely hoping they figure out how to make sandwiches too tired to edit post ... Me and my husband and kids usually get the cheeseburgers and there are ok today my husband got a roast beef po boy and I a FF po boy I told them told them just mayo and gravey on both and to make them sloppy well the roast beef was very salty and little to no mayo the FF had no gravey at all

The roast beef poboy was delicious but the wait was ridiculous. I called an order in 20 minutes before I got there and then had to wait another 20 at the shop before I got my food. On the phone I was told it would be ready in 15 min.

The food is amazing but let me recommend calling ahead for to go orders. The wait is very long at least if u r dining in u can sit and they bring it to you. I understand the wait because the food is made fresh while u wait.

Good food, but an absolutely ridiculous wait time. Our friends got their food and finished it while we were waiting. Went up to the counter to see what was up. Im about 99% sure that they had forgotten about our order.

Great food. Very delicious. One thing could be greatly improved is the parking lot. I dont stop there because theres hardly any place to park and what is there is always full; which is a great recommendation actually.

Usually freaky fast with my order. It was pretty busy this time and there was some confusion on whos sandwich was whos when multiple people ordered a #4 and the guy that just ordered grabbed the one that just came in.
