We arrived at the restaurant expecting it to be busy it was mothers day..everywhere was busy. The hostess gave us a pager and said it would be 15-20 minutes..we were a party of 6. So this was at a quarter to 6. As we waited others were coming in and being seated immediately (smaller parties)so we understood. After 43 minutes of waiting a party of 8 walks in and is seated in 10 minutes. Which obviously was not even in the slightest way customer service friendly. The hostess then said they were waiting for one of the 6 tops to open up..there are people finished just not getting up. So 15-20 turned into an hour and 6 minutes. I should have left at this point but the party I was with insisted on staying. The waiter was over within minutes and took our drink order. About 20 minutes later we were able to place our food order, it appeared he had several tables with large groups. After we received our appetizers and they were pretty much done he returned and asked if we wanted a to-go box so of course it made since to get it out of the way since we had food on the way. When he returned with the to-go box I inquired about the food. The waiter said he didnt know why it was taking so long but there is someone else that is going to bring it out and the manager will stop by the table. We had already seen the manager at the table next to us. There had been some issues with their meal and he had been apologizing. When the food came out several items were missing there was a eaten shrimp shell in the order of fish tacos and the steak which was twenty dollars was cold and unseasoned. I refused to send anything back because after their track record for the day we would be there until after midnight and an "Im sorry" from a member of the management team would have only made the situation worse. So we paid our tab of over 120 dollars and I tipped my waiter his 18% (it was not his fault he is employed by a poorly managed restaurant). We will not be returning and the other members in my party agree they too will not spend another dollar in this restaurant. If you chose to take a chance on dining here please take your patience with you and clear your schedule. Best of luck!

My fiance and I eat at glory days about once a week. There is no spot in the restaurant where you dont have a view of at least 2 or 3 different TVs, and they put a speaker on your table you can tune to whichever screen you want to watch. We love to watch football there, especially when both our teams are playing at the same time. The food is normally very very good. Their wings are the best in town, I recommend the bone in wings with glory sauce. I read another review where they said their family was served raw wings. My fiance and I have probably eaten 100 orders of wings there in the past 18 months and we have NEVER been unhappy with our wings, so maybe that was just a fluke for that customer. They have some really cool entrees that the typical Applebees type place doesnt, like their crab cake sliders or the Pittsburgher, which probably has a pound of sliced meat on it and can be ordered with a friend egg on top. Ive found their burgers to be pretty so-so, and I dont normally order them (there is a five guys across the street we go to when we want a good burger), but most of the other stuff on the menu is reliably excellent. We love all the appetizers, the sliders, their wings, their ribs, and their sandwiches. They do have a generally younger staff, and some of them seem a bit immature, but they also have a great group of waitresses that remember the regulars. We can be somewhat picky about where we want to sit to view our games, and they always accommodate us without any fuss. Its a sports bar type atmosphere so we dont go in with the expectation that our waiter will stand over our shoulder and push in our chair. One tip: after 9 pm they have a fantastic selection of $5 appetizers. We go there all the time at 9 and order 2 orders of wings nachos for a light dinner, for $15. Glory days is definitely the best sports bar and grille in town to watch your favorite game, and we think its one of the better restaurants in town period.

The food at this particular Glory Days is sometimes adequate, often not. Very hit or miss and never genuinely good. Ive never seen anything fried be of any decent quality come out of their kitchen so steer clear of any starters that are fried (sweet potato fries, onion rings, etc.) -- the oil tempurature is either too low (soggy texture) or is old (bitter/burnt taste). Prices are very average being on par with the nearby Applebees and Ruby Tuesday. As for the service. What can I say. The service is abysmal and has been every time Ive been there. The servers are sometimes friendly but always lack any professionalism. More often than not they have an attitude and one time we had a server that was downright rude. The servers have an annoying habit of being inattentive to their tables gathering on the service floor in large (5+) groups socializing. They can also get very loud which is something I have yet to see at any other restaurant. Save yourself the pain. Go somewhere else.

I love this place, its something different and gets us away from all the local places were we live. However, this go around was very gross. We ordered the crab pretzel, good, but chewy and a order of cheese fries, that were greese logged and nasty. I ordered a cherry coke, watress brings diet soda and then argues about the drink I ordered as if she was right. She had to look at my order slip, and I didnt so much as get an apology for her rudeness. The famous homemade mac n cheese tasted like old cooking oil, and I didnt get to enjoy a meal with my family, because, again our waitress heard what she wanted to and messed my salad up. The management didnt even say Im sorry. I wasnt looking for a free meal as many people tend to do, because their jerks like that, but I paid for our meal respectfully. The service, lets forget about being checked on, because thats the number one thing she lacked. I like this place, but, I hope we dont get the same person ever again.

Id give a ZERO if possible, so Ill say the 1 star is for the waitress who was very friendly and did her best with what she had to work with!!! I got the BLT Salmon salad and the salmon was raw when I put my fork down into it I took a bite not looking and it was raw inside, raw fish can make you very sick and/or kill you. I then ordered the coconut shrimp that were not well cooked inside either! My husbands food was pretty good and could have used more sauce on it. My coconut shrimp took forever to come and were not cooked enough after all that time either. The new cheesecake with mango on it was not good either...the mango was very, very bitter to the point it was not eaten! The banana bread pudding was ok, a bit dry but taste wise was good. And to those who say the cocktails are watered down sugar, couldnt have described it better...very sweet, very little liquor in it! Such a disappointment!!!
