24 dollars I thought was a lil expensive. . Then i realized it was 20 dollars over priced.. the fact that this is a buffet and I have to go to the counter and wait 2 mins everytime for a plate is crazy.. Please set the plates by the food..pizza tasted old with no taste.. sauce was dried to the dough.. they had no labels so we can know what pizza we were eating.. i hate mushrooms and there was mushrooms under the cheese on the sausage pizza..no ketchup..hot sauce .. mayo .. musturd but they serve sandwiches??!! Okay... we were sitting in a booth around the corner from the register and could hear them yelling about each others personal business...half the food items on the menu were not available. .. food all over the floor and the clean up guy was like 80 yrs old barley getting around spent more time watching football instead of clearing plates. ... taco meat full of water and tasteless no desserts available.... service was jus very rude to the cure.. I dont want to say they are racist but that do fit the profile... like they serve whites only pie!! I will never waste another dime in this place.. first place I can say of my life. ..If youre reading this.. and still go.. you will find yourself right back mad writing the next review...

Kudos to Pied Piper Pizza! They turned a bad situation into a good customer service experience. I had ordered a pizza with my grandson intending to eat the pizza at the restaurant with other people. All ordered at the same time. By the time others were finished eating their pizza ours hadnt been brought out. I went to the counter and told them I didnt have time to eat it in the restaurant and needed it in a box. I did not reflect happiness. A short time later one of the gals came to me. She wanted to give me my money back and explained that they had blown it and that my original pizza had somehow been sliced up and put at the salad bar. She said my "new" pizza was almost ready and apologized. I refused to take the money as I appreciated there honesty in the mistake. They are also a Mom and Pop business. Shortly after I got my pizza. When I opened the box at home, I found taped to the underside cover, I gift card to Pied Piper Pizza. The pizza was FANTASTIC and the customer service experience turned out wonderful in the end. Did I mention the pizza was FANTASTIC! Thank you Pied Piper Pizza

I have unfortunately been here many times for pre-season meetings for Special Olympics. It is OVER-PRICED for the quality and taste of the food you get. The older mane there (I think is the owner) is very rude and inconsiderate. He actually yelled at me, and the group of athletes I was with while we were waiting for the "leader" of the meeting to get there to tell us which of the 2 rooms that were reserved for us which sports were to go into. He demanded that we go into the rooms because he had another group of people coming in. He did NOT kindly ask, he yelled! For the amount of business we bring into his business youd think he would at least be civil!!

I read all sorts of excellent reviews about this place and decided to give them a try. I ordered the pizza, took it home, and my family and I began eating. My kids LOVE pizza...will eat any pizza I throw at them...they couldnt even eat this. The pizza toppings were slimy, the crust wasnt cooked all the way through, and the sauce tasted like it came straight out of a can. To add insult to injury, it cost almost $25 for a large. For that kind of money, I expect GREAT pizza. I was so furious that I just threw the pizza straight into the garbage can and went and bought Round Table. Theyve lost a customer for life.

Pied Piper Pizza seems to be in my opinion the best pizza in Vancouver but for take-out/delivery only and I Recommend the Fly Boy or the Works it is the only pizza I order! Only 4 Stars as the dine-in Atmosphere is seriously lacking except for their special dates like cruise in on father day, etc. If you want to go way out of your way "Poor Location" and a Good Family/Adult Atmosphere but average pizza but better then a fast food convener belt chain then try The Rock. Only if someone would take the best of both and make a Pie house that was fun for the entire family.

Was super excited when I saw all of the positive reviews for pied piper pizza, but was quickly let down upon arrival. Ive never been a pizza snob by any means, and Ill happily eat any pizza coming my way but pied piper pizza was less than satisfactory. You could tell all of the food has been set out for awhile and there was more than a hand full of flies on almost all of the food items. The staff was really nice but despite it being completely dead it took us more than awhile to get our food. Definitely didnt understand the hype.

Honestly the best pizza I have ever had (Ive only lived in Vancouver). Whether it be the fresh ingredients, large portion of ingredients on the pizza, or the home feel to the restaurant. If you want to watch the Seahawks on Sunday, they also have you covered. They have been doing raffles for Seahawk prizes. They also offer a buffet that includes their pizza as well as a salad bar. Lastly they have rooms that you may reserve for parties. Some friends and I used one a year ago for our fantasy basketball league, it was great!

Maybe it would have been a decent pizza if they hadnt forgotten to put it in the oven. They told me 20 minutes; I got there in 20 minutes and had to wait another 15. When I got the pizza home, it was completely underdone. I wish they had just told me they forgot to put it in the oven and offered me a take and bake. Instead I got a thin layer of crunch, then doughy goop with stuff on top. I tried cooking it more, but that just destroyed the tomatoes and the dough still didnt cook. $27.00 down the drain.

HATED IT!!!! The food in there was days old,the place was completely empty except for a group of people that the term "highly racist" would fit there profile. I went there with my family and the cheapest pizza was 13 dollars , then when my family was deciding what to do,we hear the cashier yelling at someone. I would never recommend this place at all!!!!

Too expensive. Tomatoes smelled rotten. They do not go out of their way to make a good pizza. Pizza did not have tomato sauce. The pizza is over priced about 12 dollars. For the price I am not impressed at all. If they want customers they need to cut the price and pay attention to detail on what makes a great pizza.

Attempted to order delivery, their website says they deliver within a 5 mile radius. They took our order and called back to say they dont deliver to our address. They go by GPS distance, not radius. 7 miles GPS and 3.5 radius. Maybe they should update their delivery preferences instead of calling back and being rude.

My Carpenters Union Local 1503 meets here once a month and everyone loves the food! Several banquet rooms gives us the privacy to conduct our meetings in private. Ray the owner, and his staff are very friendly and we enjoy doing business with Pied Piper. Prices are actually very good and the food is delicious!
