Had the mombo combo and a cheese for the kids. Pizza was unbelievable, seriously delicious. Im not a huge fan of a plain cheese pizza but I had to have a slice, it was probably the best cheese pizza Ive ever had. We had a small issue where our cheese pizza went to another table. The guy not only made it right but made the effort to make sure we were completely satisfied, refilling our pitcher of beer on the house. For this reason Im posting this review. Its refreshing to see someone who truly tries to make things right. I live 3000 miles from here but if I come back around I would hop the ferry just to eat here again. Bravo guys, you are a testament to true customer service while delivering a superior product.

This place has some of the best pizza I have ever eaten, and I am very picky about my pizza. The service is slow, and you need to order your pizza at least 30 minutes before you actually want it. And even then you still have to wait a few minutes sometimes. Remember that Vashon is a small town and we tend to like things a bit quirky. Even the locals need to wait to be acknowledged here. Overall it is well worth the wait, and the owners who are usually behind the counter are friendly.

Rock Island Pizza has been and always shall be apart of Vashon Island itself. The food, the atmosphere, everything just lets you relax with your friends or family or take home an amazing Pizza. My only gripe is the building itself could use some updates; its an older building and its honestly showing with its dim lights and old flooring. Maybe an update in the back lot for some safer parking also.

Its some of the worst pizza Ive ever had. The sauce is bland, and the crust is over seasoned in an attempt to make up for this. Pretty much its typical for Seattle-ish pizza, bland on the back end so they over-use ingredients to make up for it. That having been said, the place is clean, quirky, and has a nice atmosphere. Its just too bad the pizza doesnt live up to any kind of hype at all.

The pizza is okay, but the woman at the counter has no business in the service industry. The outdoor seating was open but none of the tables were clean. They had one beer left on tap and we were told it would be "a while" because she had to go get it from the back. We felt like a huge inconvenience.

the pizza is amazing, but over the phone is terrible! They told me it was going to be $21. When we went to pick up the pizza, they said "they didnt tell you the whole story" and it ended being $26. To me and my girlfriend it made us pretty upset they couldnt keep there stuff straight.

This place is my favorite pizza place on Vashon, and I love their pizza. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the service is painfully slow. We waited almost an hour for our pizza last week. Thats a long time to wait for food, even on "Vashon Time".

Pizzas OK, the kitchen is incredibly disorganized. Purse in the hand washing sink and 9 people in the kitchen and cant get it together to get through the orders. Needs leadership. Slow, real slow
