Ive reviewed this place favorably before. We always arrive before 12:00 noon and never wait for a table, though I think an hour later, one would have waited. Yesterday Sam was the best waiter we have had all year. When we sat down he offered a taste of moscato which was delightful. Since it was an early lunch before a busy afternoon, we didnt have any other wine. My wife had passion fruit mango strawberry lemonade or something like that. It was delicious. Sam asked if I would like lemon in my water and that was fine for me. Sam was there frequently, once with fresh warm breadsticks -- before we had finished the first batch! When I asked for more olives and lettuce in the "all you can eat" salad, he came back with plenty! My wife ordered the chicken mozzarella flatbread appetizer, a favorite of ours. I ordered beef tips with portobello mushrooms and tortellini. I wanted to depart from the traditional Italian pasta selections and was glad that I did. I think it was a sweet basil sauce, though it was brown, and just delicious! As requested, they served it up on two plates. We had left over a nice serving of the chicken flatbread and the steak, not to mention a lot of salad and breadsticks. Not only did Sam package this up for us, he got fresh salad with dressing on the side and fresh bread sticks. Awesome! We ordered two desserts to go, which I havent tasted yet. But they are always delicious. We wanted to take the opportunity of being at The Olive Garden to score some of their wonderful desserts. The total cost with a 20% tip was $60 and change. considering how we got stuffed and what we took home, that was a great value for the cost! ($48.00 before the tip). We visit a lot of Asian restaurants where there are really nice people serving. Chinese servers could really learn a lot though, from someone like Sam. It adds such a dimension to the experience of dining out when there is excellent service.

It had been awhile since I dine at Olive Garden, my friend had a Gift card and we were celebrating my Birthday, we were greeted with a smile and no wait time, that was nice. Service was slow, took forever to get a glass of water with a slice of lemon which came but with no lemon .We ordered cappuccinos and the coffee was so bad and weak, cappuccino was lukewarm, the appetizer ( stuffed mushrooms)was the only decent plate we receive it . We had the Soup & Salad Combo, not impressed at all. Lettuce was all iceberg and not crispy, not fresh at all, 2 olives, two thin slide of tomatoes and 2 peperoncini in the whole salad bowl! Overflowing with too much croutons( how cheap)Soup plate was hot & large but center portion was maybe less than 1/2c of lukewarm soup . Ask for more bread stick. we receive 2 more thats it. Waitress was trying too hard to be nice( too phony) too slow, it was just 11:30 am not too busy; upon check out she then gave us a large order or breadstick- 5 pcs and a handful of thin mints which was a nice surprise but a little too late, ( maybe to increase her tip?) The waiter & waitress should definitely wear hair net to hold their long hair, although nicely pulled back it still hangs and hair does fall out, we notice hair on the table not on food. Overall , I would not recommend, food is inexpensive because its overly processed , has no flavor, quality of food has gone done since the last time I visited Olive Garden, I will not be back for more. Thank you

Me and my wife went to sushi land and got our first impression on that place and we dont like it simply because the place is filthy and dust were every where and the door handle was stain with dirtiness, so we decided to go some place else and accidentally come across this place. This is our 1st time at this place, however we saw alot of commercials on TV about this place, we thought its just like every other places, they only say nice thing about it, but by visiting it doesnt feel like the way they say it on the advertisement. Our first impression with Olive garden at tukwila was perfectly stated accordingly. We felt like we were at grandmas kitchen with hospitality provided by your employees and not to mention the delicious food we ate it there. I want to extend my warmest thanks to one employee that went beyond her service to us, without her this place would not have a 5, she is an asset for this company and a very well mannered young girl. Her name is Daisy and we want to thank her for her services to us. We will definitely recommend this place. She deserve a raise. Me and my wife love this place only because of the services provided by Daisy....Thank you so much!

Lets start with the fact that I love Olive Garden and until now had never gotten a bad meal. But today 6/19/2015 I had the worse food ever. I had to drag my grandchildren (age 10, 8) to my favorite place. Bad choice!! This was my first time at the Tukwilla, Washington location and I order Mediterranean flat bread It came with bread sticks and salad. I love OGs salad not this time, no way it was tasteless and so were the bread sticks. My grands order cheese pizza and mac and cheese. The kids hated it. The mac and cheese was cold and looked old. The pizza was just horrible. The kids didnt even eat bread sticks. My granddaughter said she never wants to go there again. My grandson refused to eat that ugly pizza. I didnt complain as it was my fault we were there anyway. The waiting staff was wonderful so they got a large tip. Food was bad. The waitress took the pizza off my bill because my grandson would not touch it. Remember the wait staff and management are great, I just wish they could cook. Never again at this location.

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I went to eat and to celebrate my birthday. And for the first time at the south center location I received the worst customer service. I was rushed through my dinner by the waitress. Who added a ton of cheese or none at all to my food and salad, I had to ask her for the bread sticks then grabbed my food and put it in a to go box before I was even finished. My boy friend felt pushed to drink his beer fast so we could go. Then she wouldnt leave our table until we paid her and tipped her. It saddens me to say I will not be returning. Aside that we watched her with the customers next to us and she treated them better. 100 dollar dinner, that was ruined because of her service. I dont understand what her problem was. I really hope management trains there employees better. Ive worked in the customer service industry for a long time and I know I would have been fired. Im not saying to fire her, but train her.

I love Olive Garden, its always been my cheat night go too with all the creamy cheesy dishes. I came ln on thurday and i had the besy waiter ever! #amber well im pretty sure he name was amber..she was very knowledgeable and attentive. I never once jad to look for her or wait on her #Amazing! I had my lil cousin (whos in his terrible 2 stage) and he was definitely shows his age smh. Amber remained un-bothered by his bratty behaiver and even brought his food out as soon as it was ready *causing him to shut his little yelling mouth*. I order like i was feasting like always and seen thwy had the lobsters ravioli yet it cane in a combo plate with steak. I inquired if i could order the ravioli soly and she went and verified with the kitchen and made it happen. She was soo great i even wanted the manager to know what an amazing person she had on staff.
