By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Just tried to order the new naked chicken chalupa. Once we got home eager to try this new item, opened up the bag, took the taco out of the wrapper, we sadly realized they gave us a regular chicken chalupa. The lady who took our order saw us pointing at the huge ad with the picture of the naked chalupa and for sure heard us talking about the new naked chalupa from about 2 feet away. It almost seemed like it was done intentionally. Also, every time we have come to this Taco Bell we order crunch wrap supremes. And EVERY time they are barely filled with the ingredients. I didnt know Taco Bell had to save money by scarcely using their ingredients. After countless times of trying to give this Taco Bell another chance, I will not be coming back ever.

I came in last Saturday night and I enjoyed my encounter with this particular Taco Bell employee. The front counter petty cashier was being strongly upholstered by this brilliant young man,( Elijah Johnson) who I believe was one of the best service representatives I have ever met. Im 48 years old; and the point where I believed he was the owner of the taco bell came into mine if he hadnt told me different, means Im having a great time. Not to mention I feel that my entire time there went as well as the other visitors, that were treated as guest, as family because he greeted every guest and also gave him good byes. Not to mention the food was great!

Well you know it sad that the customer service in the fast food places tend to have declined... after approaching counter the person was on her phone... BIG NO NO...and it took a worker to pass her to get her attention.. so after placing order... workers incorrectly filled order.. while i was waiting the same workers phone started ringing and YES... she picked up phone call.. keep in mind still at front counter... its shocking to me on how customer service isnt a priority in these fast food places....

I hated the service here this time i went . they had a new guy working their that instead of taking my order correctly he thought everything was a joke. Also most of the tables were dirty while the restaurant was empty . i ordered the new quesalupa and instead of it being cheesy and string it was dry and my cheese was no even melted. I love taco bell but the service here is not to great . i came in saturday the 5th around noon. They should know who was working then !

Always messes up my orders. I once waited for 20 minutes in the drive through on my lunch break (I only get 30 minutes) it took ten minutes and me saying "hello?" Into the machine to get someone to even notice I was there. Then they messed my order up and I had no time so they could fix it. I just went through and the girl seemed so distracted she kept saying Im sorry what was that? And she messed my order up. Again like the first time, I am on lunch.

almost late to work as I had 2 orders. 1st was a couple min. then after 5 or so min they asked while I was still standing there. they stared at me the whole time after i grabbed my first order. awkward

They gave my little brothers food poisoning! Took them out to treat them after a good school year and they get sick, the employees seemed carless as well. Do not go here!
