Other than some of your original staff members who have been there since Ive started going to this location over six years ago, this location is a complete joke. The girls that work now dont even come to the window and acknowledge youre there. Apparently it is much more important to chat with friends instead of helping paying customers. This happened once again this evening Saturday October 25, 2014 around 6:45-7:00 pm. Another problem with this location is that every employee charges a different price for your coffee. I have stopped spending my hard earned money at your establishment and since gone else where. I may pop back through this specific location every once and awhile to see if it has gotten any better in the customer service department but still to this day, it has not and that is a real let down. Sad when you have great coffee but nobody wants it cause the service sucks. I think this location needs a little more supervision or perhaps some re-training on proper means of customer service since thats what this specific job is all about if Im not mistaken. 7:00 pm, April 15. Waited behind a green car for the barista and the driver to have a 20 minute conversation. After I revved my engine the woman ahead of me gave me a dirty glare in her rear view mirror and I could see her say "the guy behind me is an a****le" and laugh with the barista. She finally moved forward and the barista, from the other side of the shop yelled "so what do you want". No eye contact, not even a hello. I left without ordering. Being a bartender myself, I have zero tolerance for bad customer service. On my way out, the baristas friend in the green car called me a f***ing idiot. I bought a house 4 blocks away, and we were very excited to find out a Bigfoot was so close. None of the people in my house or myself will ever go there now, nor will anyone who comes to visit us. Luckily Cutters Point is a block down the street.

Today is Sunday 08/12/07. I went through the drive through and ordered two 16 oz drinks. Both taste like burned milk. Called them, spoke to some young girl who told me she cannot refund any money b/c the manager is not there. Offered to make new drinks. I asked her how often they reheat the milk (I used to work at a coffee stand): she said that they dont reheat. I saw her reheat the milk! What a liar. Tastes awful. So, lost some money and am now unhappy. And a few months ago, I went to this place and ordered a 20 oz sugar free drink and they charge you a dollar for sugar free syrup! And they gave me a 16 oz instead of a 20 oz. So, I paid like over 5 bucks for a medium drink.

I got coffee today same as every other day but today the blond coffee girl told how I wanted my drink then informed me she has worked at coffee stands for 10 years!!! Great coffee but I don't want to deal with a kid telling me what I want!!! At 5am I should get the same service as I get at 2pm... She was not only a snot but she also insulted my intelligence. I am not new to the espresso world, and probably spend as much as you make there monthly..I would be embarrassed to have her as a employee.10/17/11 at 5am the 4 stars is because every other employee can hear my order!!

Had to change my 5* review after coming here for years to a 1*. Waited seriously 10 to 15 minutes to get my drink. I watched the barista service the other window twice and Then give me the wrong drink. It was so sweet I couldnt drink it if I wanted to. Came to get my issue fixed the next day and they refused to refund my money, and made me wait 10 minutes to speak to any decision makers. The employees also leave you with that sarcastic "thanks". I dont care if its 1AM and youre dying, never come here.

I live in Spokane but when I am visiting friends and family on the west side, I go to Big Foot Java. Yesterday (8/15/08) I ordered a gift certificate for a dear friends birthday, but I ordered it from the wrong city! These wonderful Tacoma women were so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to fix my mistake. The manager even called me to let me know when the gift card was at the correct location. Thank you so much for all your help.

Im usually super understanding when it comes to food or drinks taking a while since I used to work in the food service industry, but seriously today was enough. My husband and I waited patiently for 15 minutes and after even correcting the wrong order not once but twice, we just left (with the wrong things). I will not be returning even though I live a stone throw away.

This is the worst big foot java ever. I work less than 5 min away. I work a night shift. I have to be to work at 10pm. No matter if its 30 or 15 min before I have to be to work, they always say they cant take any orders till 10. Tonight I went by and it was, she couldnt take cards only cash. I have never had any of these issues I think any other big foot java.

Very rude made me a 16 oz blended Mythical Mocha. When the gave it to me I took a sip and she told me owed $6.25. I was shocked I asked why so much she because they up the price and have to pay now. I asked if I could have the recite she said it was already gone and I need to go. Never will I go there again said because I love Bigfoot Java.

Quick sometimes. Not sure how long it takes to pour a cup of coffee. Some times I wonder if its better to just go to the naughty coffee huts and at least get to see some eye candy for the price of a drive through coffee these days.

Oh my gosh Maddy is the best. Even when this place us super duper busy and its a crazy circus she is friendly and chipper and I luv her coffee. She makes my blended thing the best best best. I luv her. Nut in a creepy way tho. Lolz.

I was told big foot makes great coffee so I thought it try it. The coffee is good, but the service was terrible. The girls working were both rude and made it seem like making 2 drinks was a hassle. Never coming back.

I visit them almost every morning--Jessica knows me too well and practically has my drink waiting for me when I get to the window! All the baristas are so friendly even in the middle of the night. :)
