Im out Arlene. I find it truly unbelievable that you sat there and bitched openly about us and our HUGE 5 drink order. Im so terribly sorry youre "not set up for this" and that you were " not even supposed to be here". I shouldnt need to call ahead for one more drink than we usually get. Especially when one of the drinks we always get takes literally 30 seconds to make. To gripe and say that we should have called ahead; that youll "lose other customers" because heaven forbid they have to wait a few moments longer; was tantamount to telling us that our business isnt a valuable to you as the other customers. Well, while I love the coffee and drinks your company prepares, I will not return to your business because of the piss-poor customer service you just gave us. Oh, and btw, that extra drink we ordered was for our friend whom had never been to your establishment before. Way to make a great first impression and lose 3 customers in one shot.
