I have been going here for years now, and adore everything. The baristas are not only friendly, but personable and will always go the extra mile to make you feel at home- memorozing your favorite order after only 3 or 4 visits. The owners are very involved and kind, seeking out new recipes constantly, and taking customer suggestions regularly. There are also an incredible amount of options for people with food restrictions. Forza at Cirque is truly wonderful. Only thing that could get better is an open mic night. ;)

Great atmosphere, great people, they know your name and your drink and are ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond to help you out. Also, as a regular of the shop, I need LANCE to know a couple of things: The staff always responds well to customer feedback, bummer that it didnt happen when you were in. Also, the employee you complained about being "loud and obnoxious" is no longer at the shop, so you should be able to enjoy your latte in peace. Overall, fantastic place, great people, and always comfortable.

This is the original location of the Forza Coffee Company which is now a pretty big chain. Weve been coming here for about 15 years. They have a nice selection of novelty coffee drinks as well as a very excellent cold brew they call Nitro. They also have a decent selection of foods: some sandwiches, some sweets. The baristas here have been consistently good over the years. Also - they have a drive through!

Every time I have gone there I live a block down the street, the baristas take 5 minutes to make a cup of coffee. Theres always a line at the drive thru. I went in 2 weeks ago and the barista was standing around doing nothing while I was the first 1 in line and didnt help me until there were people lining up behind me.

Best & friendliest staff from top to bottom; oh, BTW (By The Way) they also have absolutely the best coffee in Pierce, King, & Thurston Counties. [Tried almost all of the others, but none of them can even come close to Forza] I just wish they had more locations (especially in Lakewood )!!

The coffee is above average. The atmosphere is decent. However, the music is the worst of Kenny-G ish smooth jazz, making it impossible to relax or get any work done. Please improve the music selection. Oldies, real jazz, ambient, latin, folk, whatever. Anything but this!

I believe I found my local cafe! Excellent coffee and service. Definitely has that cozy cafe vibe, where you can sit back, chill and enjoy your coffee Highly recommended: Tuscany coffee. Free parking. Small, cozy. Drive through available if youre in a rush.

One of the employees is loud and obnoxious, even though we mentioned to another employee, he still acted obnoxious. I go to coffee shops to work and this was one of the worst experiences I yet to have. Dont go there if you want a quiet coffee shop setting.

Fantastic coffee with year around seasonal selections, organic coffees, the best nitro coffee in the NW and suger free flavour options. All around perfect coffee house here in Tacoma. As good and better then some in the Seattle area.

More expensive than other places by at least a dollar on a $2 drink elsewhere. Quality of coffee is better than average. Drive thru is very slow, I have on multiple occasions left being the second person in line.
