Ive been plotting on coming into this place for months and Im sorry to say but The service was terrible. When I walked in the door, the lady or cashier at the front counter didnt even acknowledge me or say welcome....all she said was "Do you know what you want" also the cook that prepared the food had long hair with no hair net and wore no gloves. I watch him as he started to make my food along with many other orders digging into the ground meat with his bare hands. As his nose ran with snot, he preceeded to wipe it off with his shirt sleeve and Without washing them or attempting to put on gloves he turned over to the burger grill and pulled the in between of a double cheese burger apart with his fingers to see if the cheese was fully melted, then patted it down with his palm, grabbed a few buns and put them through the bund toaster machine. After this, he turned right around and reached in where the bacon was located (Also with his Bare Hands) grabbed a few strips and also pulled it apart with his fingers. After seeing that, It became to be a bit too much so I immediatly asked the cashier to have him make my order over after washing his hands and putting on a pair of gloves. She quickly replied I didnt even know he wasnt wearing any, and then gave me a smirky grin...like I cant believe this guy! Y yes the cook made my order over with gloves, but it didnt seem like he was quite happy about it at all. After my burger arrived, I over heard from a customer that the sweet potatoe fries where the bomb, so right after he ordered some and paid I also placed a order. What crazy is that these fries where made with no gloves.... Im not usually this picky but I worked in the restaurant industry for over 8 years and when you get your food handlers card, they teach you about cross contimanation and being sanitary.. I didntt want to cause any trouble so I paid for the fries and when i got home I threw them away... The burger also tasted like a half way cooked mashed ground beef burger with bacon so I threw that away also... $10 bucks down the drain and still hungry, I will never go back there again to eat I promise you...

Good fast food with friendly service. I can not compare this to In n Out, they are different types of good burgers. In n Out has a specific way of building a burger that is their standard way. It never changes unless ordered to change. Flipping Out Burgers is more a la carte like Five Guys. With that said, I can compare it to Five Guys, they are more similar. I love Five Guys, but this place I would probably choose over Five Guys every time. The burgers here are fresh, and delicious made to order. They were not super greasy like I get at Five Guys. The bacon is thick cut, and has the perfect crisp. The chef even came out of the kitchen to make sure we were enjoying our food. The Chuck Norris burger is what I ordered, its a burger and cheese in between two green bell pepper slices holding tons of jalapenos smothered in a chilli sauce I could only guess was tapatio. This is a Spicy burger. My wife ordered a bacon cheese burger, she concluded similar to me, way better than Five Guys. She said the bacon was better than Five Guys too. Next time Ill have to try the shakes. (Im not even a shake kinda guy) 10/10 would eat again.

I have been going to the Flippin Out Burger and fries place for more than a year now and today I was totally taken by surprise when I went in, explained that I had purchased two burgers to go with one order of fries the previous week and the fries had not been placed in the bag and I didnt realize it until I had arrived home. The owner of the place whom I, until today, had enjoyed a congenial relationship with as one would after at least a year of weekly business, accused me of lying to her. I left, went somewhere else for lunch and upon arriving home I dug out the bag with the receipt attached to it from my recycling bin and promptly drove back and presented it to her employee and asked that he give it to her when she returned. For the record, I dont lie, especially over a 3 dollar order of fries. I am not however above asking for recompense. I wont return to do business ever at Flippin Out. I gave the place one star just so I could post the comment.

Finding a good, old-fashioned burger joint is always a treat, and Flipping Out Burgers & Fries is no exception. My mom and I stopped by here on our way to Port Orchard as shown on the Explore Food & Drinks tab here on Google. It was a little ways off the freeway, but it was worth the drive. The inside of the restaurant is simple and the menu is easy to become familiar with yet filled with interesting choices. Our server was friendly; the only complaint about my visit was a mix-up on which type of fries I ordered, and to me this was minor. While the food was more expensive than comparable offerings at common fast-food restaurants, its delicious taste and freshness more than made up for this. In summary: Flipping Out is worth a visit if youre in the area and in the mood for an appetizing, fairly quick alternative to Sonic or McDonalds.

Planning to call in my order in a few minutes! We love this place! They make your order fresh, no pre cooked burgers here. It takes a little more time to cook things from scratch, so we have found that a phone order works best as we usually get it to go. I have always seen plastic gloves on everyone doing food prep here. A suggestion for anyone who sees their food being prepared without gloves at any restaurant - stop the preparer at once, make them start it over. Believe me, the owner of whatever establishment you are at will not want inspectors coming through to shut them down, and they also do not want to throw away product a customer wont pay for. Speak up, complain while you see the error happening. It works every time. I know. Ive managed a few restaurants over the years!

As others have stated, this establishment is constantly changing...sorry, constantly growing. In my opinion this is a very good thing. The burgers are always fantastic, as well as the shakes and the veggies I get on my order are always tasty and fresh. The woman at the check out is always so kind and sweet, and the staff are always ensuring accuracy on all orders. Cheaper than most similar places, but a vast difference in quality, both food and customer service. Not to mention they are very fast to complete an order, and answer the phone quickly to provide information or place an order. I happily give you my money for a wonderful experience, and delicious food....Thank you!

Flipping Out Burgers changes so much, sometimes month to month, that its hard to know how to rate them. They tend to be a 4 star, but youll walk in and theyll have different patties or have changed the menu...then things change again...sigh. Hard to read. However, the latest burgers are solid. You can usually get different specialty burgers like a Bacon Blue Burger, cheap - about $6. Chuck Norris is a spicy bacon, jalapeno, green pepper, hot sauce burger ($6). Fries are usually good here, as are shakes with extra credit flavours like Butterscotch, Oreo, and Raspberry ($4.75 for a large). Ample parking and seating for about 20+.
