I went in to get a Chocolate Malted and waited. . And waited for 15 or 20 minutes .. I then noticed that other customers that had ordered after me were getting their milkshakes . I had a bus to catch and left without getting a refund of my $6.00 and 20% pre paid tip ...Or my malted ! I will get my milkshakes elsewhere in the future.

This restaurant has got really great burgers and nice scenic views of mount Shasta. The food came out quick and was made when we ordered it and was hot. Overall a really great place to have lunch and enjoy the beautiful small town.

3 out of the last 4 times ordering they put everything on my cheeseburger when I ask for it plain. If they payed better attention to "custom" orders Burger Express would be the BEST place to eat in mount shasta.

Because of this place I will never tip before I get my food I waited for 20 min on food that was done in under 10 wasted my time and they even forgot a set of fries worst customer service iv ever had

Had the double Bacon cheeseburger and spilt a fry with my compadre. Great burger with a thick slice of Bacon and I enjoyed the free mayo/ketchup fry sauce.

Tons of cool 40s to 90s signs haning in the wall. Not much main floor indoor seating but good out door and top floor areas to add space.
