Outback, its a steak house. Its crowded. The drinks (except winelist) are decent, this is a great place for a small group but not a major outing. If youre dining for one, its perfect. Just bypass the hour wait and go straight to the bar, get yourself some brews, and order right there. yeah, they gave us free snacks since we had to wait longer than they originally estimated. Seems to be a theme. I was going to give this place a higher rating, you know, I really want to. They tried so hard to treat people well but they are either understaffed or the place is just too small for the constant throng of people that come here. It must be a great place to work if people tip decently you could make a killing. I generally do tip well, but anyway, food is great, appetizers are what you would expect. Damn yummy food for carnivores. If you are on a diet, stay away! Veggies are even good, which is surprising for a carnivore zone, but rather sweet on the salad dressings, so they arent so good. All in all, the good outweighs the bad, so I keep coming back for more.

first of all, I do love outback. second, it was Sunday evening so I expected it would be busy but surprisingly was not. well, I should say the house was full. a couple of big groups. so, I really pay attentions to clock how long every single one takes time to get our table. seated, literally less than 1 min. someone came to take our order 15 mins. first drink came 7 mins. my partner got his drink 4 mins. his soup came 2 mins. my ahi appetizer is out, noticed 2 mins (at this point, 30 mins left) heard the servers excuse 2 mins (he really explained why he wasnt noticed its out got 15 mins) my appetizer came 6 mins. (at this point, I was sooo-what-eveeeer mood. even I thought I would stop clocking but I continued) food came 6 mins. goooosh! how long they need the time to serve a table? I got towering beer-battered onion ring filet. it was really good. juicy. very good. I didnt like the sauce they put tho. and it was cold 4

I dont care what people think. I love Outback. The price performance ration just cannot be beat. Period. The steaks are excellent. Sure, theyre not aged beef, but for the price - they are perfect. Just know what youre going for...youre going for a steak fill. Not for a night of martinis and steaks at a fancy place. The salads are always good - the endless warm toasty bread is awesome. And if youve exercised all week - then the Blooming Onion is for you. Now I know they have other things on the menu - but Im not sure why youd go to Outback for anything but steak!

I was told on the phone that the restaurant do not take reservations, but when we got there at 5:15PM which there were plenty of emptied tables, they would not sit us because they were expecting some customers which were CALLED AHEAD. I was told the wait could be as long as two hours. It does not make sense if they have a policy of not taking reservations but willing to reserve tables when someone CALLED AHEAD. What is the difference anyway? I guess they dont care about losing business because people keep going in. I would call all of my friends and stop going there.

Been frequenting Outback Steakhouse for several years but the quality and service has gone way downhill lately, IMHO. On our last visit, just my wife and I, our meals took forever to come to our table, and their excuse was always that there was a large party ahead of us. When we finally did get our dinners our steaks were over-cooked to our liking. If it hadnt taken so long to get them I would have sent them back, but we just ate and left. This has happened too frequently for our taste and I dont want to go back. I just wish there was another steakhouse around.

Stopped for lunch. After drinking my entire diet coke I realized there was a little black thing on the inside of the cup -- at first I thought it was perhaps just a piece of a broken black straw. I was wrong. I pulled it out and and discovered it was a small beatle. I showed it to our waiter and it seemed to be not big deal to him. It was revolting and for the restaurant to act as if this is normal shows they have serious problems with maintaining high standards -- I can only imagine what is crawling and running through the kitchen area.

Theyre famous for their blooming onion. I found it extremely salty and I like salty foods. I dont recommend getting anything but the steaks. The order of halibut was tiny. The grilled chicken was dry. The bacon bourbon steak was pretty good but they really need to season the steals before they grill it. Service is pretty bad. No offer to refill my coffee. They dont clear dirty bread plates when they bring your main courses so our table was very cramped.

I love that they have a gluten free menu...but come on guys if I ask for a gluten free menu, please dont be rude and bring out bread to my table. I wish they had a gluten free bread that they offered to those of us with sensitivities. This is one of the few places that will actually cook your steak rare and get it right. If I am going to have beef I want to enjoy it and not have it be hard lke a piece of shoe leather. Definitely a nice place for a quick bite.

Typical Outback food, non-typical Outback service. We went towards the end of service on a Monday, but it was seemed understaffed and disorganized so that we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated despite half the restaurant being empty. Once we were seated and ordered all our food came at once (bread, salad, sides, and mains) which was less than ideal. But everything was still tasty, so cant complain too much.

Consistently good food and service (we always get steaks here and they are always perfectly cooked to our preference). Its unfortunate they dont do reservations, but they had a "priority seating" option if you called ahead that may or may not have saved us some time. They recently acquired these strange tablets to pay/order through but we still prefer ordering the old fashioned way.

This place has some good steak, especially if you are on a budget. They have different choices to choose from, such as rib eye, prime rib, chicken, seafood. I usually get either the rib eye or the prime rib. You get to choose 2 sides and they have a good selection to choose from. So i usually get the garlic mashed potatoes and the clam chowder soup.

Lets be honest, everyone comes here for the blooming onion, as well they should and for good reason. This is a nice cozy restaurant with great food and good service. The only downfall is the wait time and parking. This place tends to get a bit crowded and sharing a small parking lot with another restaurant doesnt help much.

Would be great if they knew how to cook a steak! Ordered medium rare, came out raw. Asked them to cook it SLIGHTY more, came back well done. Seriously!? Youd think they would have cooks that understood how steak should be done. Beer is also way too expensive, stadium/ballpark expensive....
