My husband and I have been anticipating dining here since it opened but hadnt found the time. Finally, he made reservations for Mothers Day weekend for us. Our first sign we should have turned around was the bickering between the hostess, waiters and who seemed to be an owner or manager while we waited for our table in the front lobby. At least two "f" words were exchanged under the breath...classless. Our server was very kind, but she was trying to work between the bar and tables and therefore was unable to get our appetizer to us before our entrees. When Im served my entree first....I no longer have a purpose for the appetizer and it was entirely too much food to be placed in front of us when she finally got it to us. My husband enjoyed his steak salad, but my Talapia dish was very heavy and fried with two sad portions of zucchini that left me wanting more veggies. Upon departure, my husband asked to have the rest of his $22 salad boxed to take home. The waitress took his credit card and food but only returned with a receipt and buzzed off to the bar. We waited awkwardly hoping that she would be bringing the salad back soon...and never did. Disappointed, we decided to leave without causing havoc (mostly because my husband is a kind man). I am very disappointed in my visit considering that we spent almost $100 on the two of us. We will not be returning and will not be recommending this restaurant to any of our friends.

We went there for lunch on the premise of trying a local restuarant. The service was sub-standard. The Hostess acted as though she would have rather been anyplace but seating us. Our server was unfriendly, and not at all interested in whether or not we enjoyed our meal. The grilled romaine salad was tasty--the combination of pears, gorganzola and hazelnuts went well together. The rest of the meal went downhill. We ordered an Italian sandwich, and lasagna. For the price we paid, well over 50.00, the food was mediocre at best. The lasgana sauce was bitter, and the meat in the sauce tasted grainy and flavorless. The dessert, which was supposed to be truffles, had a texture more like a chilled fudge, not a truffle; the bed of whipped cream they were on came right out of a can.The truffles were advertised as rum flavored. No real rum was used that we could tell, but they were drowning in rum extract flavoring. We felt that for the price, the service definitely should have been friendlier and more attentive--our server did not check on us once; the food at the prices charged should have been made with more attention to the quality. We wished we had gone across the street to Red Robin, which is a chain, but the meal would have been more reasonably priced and better quality. We wont be back.

Great food! But our reservation was booked through Open Table for 2:15pm. We didnt end up seated and have our food until 3:20pm. It was pretty ridiculous. I thought maybe they had to wait for a table to open up but then when they walked us back ten minutes after our reservation it was to a completely empty area with about ten empty tables. Why the heck were we waiting?!?!?! The food. It was good, but honestly, for like $40 there wasnt a lot of it. This was one of those restaurants where I stopped reining the kids behavior in because it took so long to get the food one as hoping that maybe a couple screaming obnoxious kids would prompt them to hurry up. Despite all that, I was about to give them 3 stars, then they canceled my reservation on Open Table so I wont get the points the App awards rather than accept it and that didnt happen until we walked out of the restaurant. Not somewhere I would go again. I recommend Marzanos in Parkland infinitely more.

We just went here for the first time tonight and boy, as it AMAZING! Where to start, I had the Chicken Parmigiana and my hubby had the Salami and Kalamata Olive Pizza. Everything tasted so fresh and had so much flavor! The whole time we were eating we kept commenting on how good everything tasted. The environment was great- the lights were dimmed pretty dark but it was great for couples :) The only downfall, if you want to call it that, is the price. It wasnt too pricey but it wasnt as cheap as, say, the Olive Garden. My Chicken Parmigiana was 18 but the pizza was surprisingly on the cheaper side at 13.50. Oh and for the month of February (its their anniversary month), they are giving away certificates for 25% off your bill and 25% off when you come back as well. Overall, probably the BEST experience we have had in a restaurant, ever! Oh and our server was amazing! Thanks "Brod!" Hope you enjoyed the generous tip :) You deserved it though!

In early June, 2010, my boyfriend and I ate at the Adriatic Grill restaurant. The caesar salad was wilted and brown, and the main course, spaghetti with meatballs (I thought it would be a safe bet) was bland and acidic. It tasted as though someone had opened a can of tomato sauce and let their cat cough up hairballs in it. Blech! I should have gotten up and left after the appetizer. We ordered the calamari appetizer. Imagine my surprise when I also found baby octopi and tiny onion rings mixed in with the squid. It made me wonder what could have happened in the kitchen to warrant such a dining disaster? Did they run out of squid and decide to substitute look-alikes, thinking the guest wouldnt notice? Did the restaurant run out of money? Or perhaps the head cook had quit the night before and the busboys were doing the best they could to throw meals together on short notice. I may never know. Ill not be visiting that establishment again.

Wow for an restaurant that won awards for having great Mediterranean food.I was expecting fabulous entrees. My husband I and children were Highly disappointed we could have gotten better tasting food at the olive garden and the cheese cake factory, The coffee was cold, the food was not flavorful and not hot, the portions were small, you didnt get any side with the enetres, you would think for the price your paying you would at least get a choice of a soup or side salad, For a place that is considered fine dining not even glasses of water for everyone unless you ask. The serevice was nothing to brag about either and place was not even busy it was early evening when we went during a weekday. Back in my home town we have Italian resturants that are privately operated and would put this place to shame. I have no idea how this establishment won these awares but were Im from if this palce opened up you would have gone out of business.

Have been here many times, and used to love it. Second to last time we visited, the food was okay, the service poor. Had not been there in several months, and decided to try it again. Ordered the carni pizza, and it was served room temperature on a hot plate. It had obviously been sitting around. Told the waitress the pizza wasnt hot, but the plate it was served on was. She asked if we wanted a another pizza made, or the existing one put in the oven again. We had the extising pizza put in the oven again, as we were dining with friends, and didnt want them to have to wait for us. Pizza came back warm, but chewy. Water glasses were never refilled, and our empty glasses sat on the table for nearly 2 hours. Its unfortuante their food and service isnt what it used to be. There are better choices for dining, especially if youre interested in pizza, try the Clover Leaf where the pizza has been great for decades.
