Went here for our 20th anniversary. The seating was crowded in one area by the windows, with the rest of the restaurant empty. Someone started vacuuming during dinner, 4 tables down. Other servers were passing out complimentary champagne to their diners as they were seated. We were never offered this (again this was our 20th anniversary). Our server did not even acknowledge that this was a special occasion until the end when we were given a postage sized piece of cake. Husband had the filet mignon which he said was good. I had the halibut which was dry and accompanied by boiled potatoes with no sauce, seasoning or butter (I asked for butter to make them palatable). All in all not impressed and was disappointed with ambiance and the food. Other than not acknowledging our special occasion the waiter was polite and attentive.

We had a great dining experience this week at the lodge. The food was well prepared and tasted wonderful, but the over-the-top service was as good as the view. Our server, Mike, made the experience for my wifes birthday top notch. How a company responds when things to dont go right gives them a chance to prove how deep their commitment to customer satisfaction is. One little glitch that we mentioned to Mike resulted in an unexpected and well appreciated resolution. Had everything gone perfectly, our expectations would have been met. Having had the experience where it wasnt perfect, and seeing how they handled it, EXCEEDED my expectations.

I visited the lodge and restaurant several years ago and had breakfast there. I filled out a review card and submitted it because I experienced a very long wait for my food, average/slow service, and my food was cold. It occurred to me I never received a reply regarding my comments even though I provided my name, address and contact number. Very disappointing experience in the restaurant for breakfast, although the lodge itself was very nice.

We went to the dining room on the night of September 19 after my husband and I had a sweet wedding at Treehouse point. It was an awesome location right next to Snoqualmie Falls and we were able to rent out the room that seats about 6 to 10 people. The food was amazing, the service was exceptional, and it is a memory that we wont forget! I definitely recommend this restaurant!

First time Ive ever stayed on top of a waterfall. The entire place smells beautiful. Slept great with a fire burning and the patio door open to the sound of the falls. Can also soak in the jacuzzi tub. I was here for work yet it was still relaxing. The falls are lit at night and I had the view all to myself. Beautiful! Im going to watch Twin Peaks on the flight home.

This place was awesome. I recommend getting a window seat with a view of the WATERFALL. The food was very good with huge portion sizes. They have their own bee hive that they get their honey from. I believe they produce their own fruit as well. The staff is nice and the food is fresh. The waterfall produced Rainbow when I was there. It was so beautiful and awesome.

You would think you would need to fill out a credit application just to eat at this place when you see the prices. I thought a finance manager was coming out to talk to me but was surprised it was only our waitress. When she started going over their menu I was sticker shocked!!! $75 for a steak??????

One of my favorite places in the USA. We make it a habit to stay here each time we are in Seattle. The staff is really nice and welcoming. Once we had issues when arriving at the hotel, the hotel made it right and we enjoyed our stay. The dining is excellent as well. Highly recommend!!!!

Their lamb loin and catch of the day, escolar, were cooked to perfection! We almost dismissed an amazingly delicious dessert,chocolate satin with olive oil ice cream. Have to try it to see how good it is. Service and ambiance were both exceptional.

Lovely luxury hotel, they provided me all i asked. The boy at the entrance even gave me a free drink because the convenience store was so far away in the late evening. I highly recommend it!!
