If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I most definitely would! When I came to this venue for lunch before, it was great! Great service, great food... I cannot say the same for the monstrosity that I could call dinner this evening! I ordered the Pumpkin Panang Curry with chicken SOLELY for the bell peppers it boasted about.I didnt order the entree of Panang Curry because the waitress convinced me that the Pumpkin dish was larger... if the entree was smaller, it should be considered an appetizer, because I was NOT impressed with the size of this dish. Once I brought the fact that there were NO bell peppers in my dish to the waitress attention, she got the manager/owner. She told me that, supposedly, they dont have any bell peppers any more because people complained of "allergies." Then she walked away. I told them this when I first got the meal. So, being that I paid $4 EXTRA for a meal I didnt intend to eat, my husband ate it because she (the manager/owner) obviously wasnt going to do anything about it. Once I brought it to her attention AGAIN when we received the bill, she sarcastically said, "Do you want me to go to the store and buy you a bell pepper?" Then she said that she would be stupid to refund us, because I only complained AFTER I ate the whole thing. NO I DIDNT! She didnt even try to remedy the situation! I find it hard to believe that they would no longer carry a staple ingredient that they boast about in TWO curries! If they forgot to put it in there, just admit it and take the meal away or comp it! Dont insult a customer after they asked you TWICE why the meal wasnt what was stated on EVERY menu. OR, the waitress should have AT LEAST told me that they no longer HAVE bell peppers when I stated that I only WANTED it for the bell peppers! WORST SERVICE EVER! My father ordered the BBQ Thai Chicken and it was completely dry, the Pad Thai Combo was so overwhelmingly salty that my husband couldnt eat it. The only good thing about the whole ordeal was whatever curry my mother ordered. Dont eat there, unless you want to pay a LOT of money for something that you ordered off a menu they prepared, only to have the main ingredients SUDDENLY not be available. THEN when you have the "nerve" to enlighten them to this, they insult you AND force you to pay full price.

The prices were higher than I had hoped for, but the flavors that are combined in this restaurant are FANTASTIC by any definition of the word. We started off with the fried sweet potato, which was NOT by any means anything like the sweet potato fries we enjoy from the freezer bag. They came with a neat variation on sweet & sour sauce. I had one of their daily specials (The Seafood Cha Cha Cha) and was absolutely STUNNED by the delicious attack I received. It was perfectly spicy and thats taking into account that I had completely forgotten to have the obligatory "how spicy do you want it" conversation. My dish had a wonderful variety of seafood in the mix. My wife had the Basil Eggplant. I have to say, Ive never been to a thai restaurant with such a GREAT variety of vegetables with their dishes. There was asparagus, onion, mushrooms (okay, not a vegitable, whatever), broccoli, carrots, and each dish has a nicely placed mini salad of raw strings of carrots and cabbage. They had $4 well drinks all day! The waitresses were slightly slow on checking on us, but I think they were aware that we were enjoying ourselves by our excited chitter chatter over the food we were having with ouselves and one other curious patron seated nearby.

Every time we go there, I get the Pumpkin Curry with Tofu. The pumpkin is cooked perfectly and I love the fresh basil. Its a beautiful dish. My boyfriend always gets the pad thai noodles with tofu. He describes how spicy he wants it by saying for example, "Can you make it a 4 out of 10 on the spicy scale?" Each time, they seem to make it perfectly and consistently as spicy as he wants it. The fresh thai spring rolls are pretty good. Id give their peanut sauce a 4 out of 5. They are also very nice and friendly to us. They seem to remember who we are. When I look at what others are eating, it all looks good. We thought their thom-ka (?) soup was too sweet and thin, but maybe its supposed to be that way. Give them a try! And try their pumpkin curry!

The food here is good, though it can be a bit inconsistent in terms of quality. I give it two stars because they hide a "service fee" in extremely small font in the bill. Its a built in 18% gratuity, no matter the party size (1 person and up) and it is in a font size on the bill considerably smaller than the rest of the items. Without carefully inspection youll likely tip twice, as this built in fee is not readily apparently anywhere in the menu nor is it pointed out by staff. In fact, they go so far as to print the suggested tip calculations on the bill at the bottom and use the entire bill with the gratuity already built in to calculate. Its incredibly disingenuous. Be warned.

I was on the road under a long day of work. I was not feeling well and I had skipped breakfast due to some nausea. I dropped by Lemongrass because a co-worker suggested it is a great place for good healthy food and it is very easy to park my delivery truck across the street from the entrance to the restaurant. When I got there, it was a bit passed 11am and I immediately was impressed with how clean and cozy the place is. I was greeted nicely. I ordered the Lemongrass fish plate with ginger. The service was awesome, the food tasted great, and my ugly sick feeling I had all morning went away. I will now be a regular customer for now on.

This place is a must do even if you need to drive a long distance to get there. My wife and I eat there as often as we can. We dont even think about another place when we eat out. Try anything you want and you will be happy with the taste and the way it is presented. For desert you must try the Fried Banana with Housemade Coconut Ice Cream. If this doesnt knock your socks off you are not human. Nina and the staff will take very good care of you. In fact, writing this review made me think I must take my wife there tonite. Hope to see you there. Ray and Kathie

Saw the reviews and had relatively high expectations, and this place was absolutely phenomenal on all counts. The food was fantastic, the service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was quaint, confortavle, and had wonderful charcter. Having grown up and worked in the restaurant industry for the better part of three decades Im rarely truly impressed, but this place did it ... Id even venture so far as to give this place a 9.8 out of 10. A true diamond in the ruff .. not to be missed!!

I work in Moss Landing and was so happy to see a Thai restaurant open a group of us went the first week it opened and we were not disappointed. The food was great, friendly service and a good price. You have had a great lunch for $10 including tip!! I have not been to any of the other Moss Landing restaurant since Lemongrass opened. My favorite is the Panang curry with tofu! Highly recommend it!
