Customer service was horrible.... we had 4 drinks ... 3 of them blended. We had FIVE people get their orders that came in AFTER US.. they had blended drinks as well.. their excuse was... well we only have 2 blenders.... OK cool story... that doesnt explain why FIVE other orders that were blended came before OURS! I DONT CARE how many blenders you have .... we ordered blended... the people behind us ordered blended... yet the people behind us got theirs first! And to top it off they are running around like chickens with their heads cut off... absolute disorganization ... cant keep orders.... in order.... so glad I dont live in this town... Id never come back of this is how they treat customers (the attitude we got when we asked was uncalled for)... dont care how good the drinks are or arent.... the customer service has lost me from coming here again. Finally got our orders and one was wrong.... when we brought it up they proceeded to laugh and whisper with each other and gave attitude

Great coffee, pastry selection could stand to be expanded. Only negative is that people come in, order a drink and then camp there for hours while they surf the internet depriving others of a place to sit. Last time in a gal ordered a coffee, broke out her computer and then took out her own food and ate it on the premises. People are very inconsiderate by tying up a table for long periods of time. There is limited seating, so be considerate.

I say, ditch the airport muffins. There. One point of criticism. Other than that? Ive tried just about every blend now. If there was anything wrong with the coffee at Urraco, Im sure I would have discovered it. The problem cant be with the coffee. It must be with my memory. I get through the different blends, it takes several weeks, and then Ive forgot what the first one tasted like. And the scent of roasting days. . .

Bad Coffee! BAD OWNERSHIP!!! The owner Matt Darcy owes me $2800. I have designed and developed the Urraco coffee logo, coffee labels, and the website flat pages. He disappeared for a few years and left the business to co owners. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!

Terrible customer service if you DO have an issue. I messaged them about a problem I had in the drive thur and was basically blown off.. My husband and I havent been back in a couple years. Stephs Espresso all the way!

Amazing coffee and less expensive than Starbucks. The staff is super friendly and there are tables and outlets available. The patio is great for meeting friends. This has become my favorite coffee spot.

Urraco Coffee is an unexpected surprise in Shelton. Situated on quiet street one block off the main drag in a restored 1920s house, they have great coffee and roast their own beans to perfection.
