Extremely intimate and eccentric. Its built inside an old house that has a complete hipster vibe. The small brewery is located in the bottom floor and the beer is served on ground level in what may have been the old houses kitchen. Outlander specializes in way-out-there beers. They invent some of their own styles and have unique takes on existing ones. Try their Peanut Butter Stout, a beer so popular they can barely keep it on tap. Stick around for a board game or two in their cozy living rooms or patio. This brewery is near a bike path! Read about more bike and brew routes at the Cycling Cicerone blog

Outlander has been one of my favorite spots in Seattle since moving here three years ago. The beer is great and I love the cozy atmosphere. Everyone who works here is knowledgeable and welcoming, as are most of the patrons. Weve reserved the upstairs on several occasions for parties and Outlander will continue to be our go-to spot for small-medium gatherings. Thanks Outlander!

There just arent two places in Fremont quite like Outlander. This jem is hidden in plain sight on 36th across the street from 7/11 in a cozy blue Victorian house. The beers selection is always unique and you will be hard-pressed to find something not to your liking. This is not your usual drunk frat boys spot; rather, it is a classy British style pub.

Such a cool and unique bar. Its an old house where you can sit in any of the rooms upstairs and downstairs to enjoy your beer. We played some foosball upstairs while enjoying the unique beer selection. Would love to go back next time Im in Seattle

Great relaxed place to get a beer and chill with friends. The menu always offers a range of unique beer and cider. Friendly staff and plenty of nice locals. Never had a bad experience. Probably the least pretentious place in Fremont.

Quaint is the best way to describe this place. It is the homiest brewery I have ever been to. And their beer is great, always a dark beer or two on tap and creative to boot. Great spot for trad sessions too if you like Irish music!

Digging the casual medieval vibe. Bring your dog out on the deck and enjoy some really nice beers and grab a meat pie if youre hungry. Also have vegetarian options.

Excellent experimental beers in a converted house with an atmosphere of a comfortable pub. Always a character or two to chat with as you sip the best beer in town.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff, the beer, and the whole atmosphere of the place reminded us just how far home brewing has come. This is a must stop!

Good beer. Atmosphere was fine till someone decided it was open mic and started singing and play ukalele. Was a little noisy with screaming ukalele girl.

There is always something new and interesting on tap. Outlander has some of the most variety of any brewery in town, not only that, its delicious too.

My pie was cold at first but they quickly took it back, warmed it up and added extra salad. I liked my Figgy Flanders beer.
