There isnt many places that makes you feel so "seattle" than Moore Coffee Shop. I love everything about this place. The small, cozy, quaint feel to the big windows to watch people and cars passing on by. Extra nice when its raining out as you can hear the pitter pattering of rain against the window. Combine that with the ambiance of the little kitchen cooking up some waffles and quesadillas and sandwiches, the sounds of the espresso machine heating up milk... its a Seattlite coffee drinkers bliss. Im no avid coffee drinker, as I believe nothing substitutes good sleep. But I will drink it as a novelty. I enjoy sweet, flavorful coffee (hence my love for vietnamese coffee) and Moore Coffee Shop does not disappoint. A good size portion of coffee, with the right amount of sweetness, not over powering to the point that you cant taste your coffee any more - but just enough to mask the bitterness and bring out a nice smooth start to finish. And if its not sweet enough they give you a little square of milk chocolate on the side as well! And to top it all off (literally), they make awesome designs with the foam! Im talkin from dogs, to lions, bears, and bunnies, even hello kitty and tototoro! I havent had everything on the menu for the food side, but Ive had a few sandwiches and they are all very light, simple yet delightful. I thoroughly enjoy this place, every aspect of it and I will frequent it "Moore" often!

Looking for a cute cafe to sit in? What about a place to be surrounded by the smell of delicious coffee? Do you want a snack run? Come to Moore Coffee Shop!! Its right next to the Moore Theatre in Downtown (and close to Bell Town). This is my go to place when I want to relax and run away from the everyday stress. :) The best part about this place? They have ADORABLE coffee art. The "must have" drink in my opinion is the Nutella Mocha. Whenever I get it, its the right balance between sweet and bitter. If you "sit in" the cafe, you get a tiny piece of chocolate with your drink. :) For snacks, I recommend getting their Chocolate or Citrus Cake, BUT if you do, get a drink thats more bitter than sweet. The cakes are pretty sweet. What are you waiting for? Go collect pictures of your coffee art.

I was there today with my girlfriend. The Nutella mocha was delicious and so were the waffles. The bacon needed to be more crisp. My girl ordered the chorizo quesadilla...well this dish is deceiving because when you hear quesadilla you think cheese..well this had chorizo, NO CHEESE, super cold tomatoes and lettuce and some watery chipotle sauce. Not impressed. We also ordered the Arugula sandwich with goat cheese..again no goat cheese lol maybe something that looked like a spread like on one side of the bread and the arugula was mushy like it been sitting there in the fridge for a long time..to bad I cant post pictures. Overall this place is great for coffee but not the food.

This is one of my favorite Café in Seattle! Its know for its beautiful latte art! Everytime I go there, I get a cool surprise to see what art will be in my drink! The baristas are very nice and friendly! I usually order a 12 oz cup, as its easier for the baristas to create the Latte art. There are faux fireplace, a blue bicycle and retro fans. To the top of the faux fireplace is an iPad where you can see the video-live feed of the action at the espresso machine. In addition, the waffles are delicious! I suggest the brie and berries waffle.

One of my favorite coffee shops DT. Super cozy, tiny space conjoined with the lobby of Moore Hotel, just a few blocks up from Pike Place Market. Tasty lattes with creative latte art (Ive gotten everything from bears, cats, dogs, rabbits, etc.), served with a piece of chocolate. Their Mexican Mocha and Matcha Latte are good too! Finding seating can sometimes be a challenge, but Ive taken my drink and sat in the hotel lobby a few times, and that seemed to be OK.

Cute Coffee Shop in DT | Fantastic Waffles | Clean | Friendly Service They have electrical plug-ins and free wifi (hint the password is: niceshirt) Recommendation: Get one of the waffles, savory or sweet! I didnt get coffee here, but I did get a bacon waffle, they were out of chorizo. It was definitely the best waffle I have had in a long time! I would come back here, and highly recommend it!

Cafe Madrid was a bit sweeter than I would have liked and temperature was lukewarm. The Americano was bitter. Didnt quite hit the spot for me but I cant complain. It just wasnt my preference but I still enjoyed it. Their latte art is cute and lovely. The ambience is just like their latte art: cute lovely and cozy. Great place to come with girlfriends or even on a date.

This was intended to be a quick stop where we could grab coffee and a pasty before heading to the airport, but we got the cutest lattes ever! They offer multiple types of alternate milk and do cute coffee art on every drink, even almond milk! (This rarely happens!) They had multiple oatmeals, granola bars, pastries, and fruits. Perfect for on the go!

I like the vibe here - especially the alternative Latin pop/rock music. I am more the traditional coffee drinker, but they have very interesting coffee drinks like horchata latte. And I do appreciate that they serve their coffee in real cups! They make fresh sweet and savoury waffles too. I will have to come back to try all this.

Lovely coffee shop right off the Moore hotel lobby. The line moved a tad bit too slow, but the service was friendly enough. My companion and I had the matcha latte and the Nutella mocha, which were lovely, the latte art a delightful touch. Would definitely recommend the lemon citrus slice- so moist and dense and delicious!

Long queue and two of the three waitresses where busy texting instead of servicing customers. Breakfast was boring and tasteless. Had to ask for my granola one more time as the waitress had forgot to inform the chef of the order. Yoghurt and strawberries was almost freezing cold. The coffee was good though.

One of the best waffles I have ever had. They have a variety of waffles for breakfast, with everything from sweet to savory toppings. Nutella banana waffle and beacon waffle are my favorite. Their coffee is also very nice. The shop is very cute, but small. Its a great place for early breakfast.

Figured Id be trying coffee from a bunch of shops while visiting Seattle. Moore Coffee was the first stop. After a few sips of my diablo, my loyalty then belonged to Moore Coffee. An awesome shop, run by the friendliest of folks. Home now, missing the nice people at Moore Coffee.

The latte art is cute, but my cappuccino was no different from a latte...a cappuccino = 1/3 foam. They should know this! The tables are absurdly small. Impossible to sit without hugging the table post with your knees. Table surface is only 4" wider than a Macbook.

Nice little nook for a quick breakfast, the coffee didnt have a lot of flavor when I tried the Nutella mocha but the art in the coffee was cute and the waffles were good. I recommend the banana Nutella waffle or the Brie with berries waffle from there!
