Oh, my beloved, how you spoiled me! I had to move away, and I miss you like an old friend! Your barista/os are always so playful and happy, their smiles were as good a jump-start to my day as your delicious coffee. The price was always right, rounded up to the quarter and tax included, so simple, so comforting! You never charged me extra for flavors or whipped creme, and made me feel like my drink was made special for me, because it was. Your rewards system made each visit a double pleasure, as I knew it would bring me a few stamps closer to the point where you would say "Wow... you sure love us, let us love you back; this ones on us." The day you open a booth in Monterey, California, I will pass out flyers at El Estero Park to let my neighbors know what a wonderful thing has happened. For any locals to Humboldt County who havent yet discovered Dutch Brothers Coffee, put down that Starbucks, and go discover a local marvel! You dont know how jealous I am!

Hey Dutch Bothers . I love you guys and get coffee there quite often . I have never had a bad experience ....before today. My friend and I were going to get coffee but as we were waiting to pull off of Broadway we noticed one of your employees sitting on the counter you serve your customers from . No offence but that was a big turn off and very unprofessional . So I said" well lets go to the other side and mention it to them". But as we pulled in there was an employee sitting on the other counter. So we just drove on out. I understand the need to sit when you have a minute and your job requires you to stand for hours at a time but the counter is not the place to do it .I will still be a customer as long as I dont see this again. Just wanted to give you a heads up. Have a great day .

Super good coffee, awesome staff. Everyone is always friendly, first time visit you get two stamps and a free drink if youve never been to this cafe before. Lots of interested mixed coffee drinks, ask for off menu items for even more customization. Honestly, tried 10 different drinks, liked every single one. Cute booth in great location along the 101, just long wait times because each service is very personalized.

They are great here. Customer service top notch, always smiling, friendly, and willing to have casual convo while you wait for your drink. Only issue is that they dont have a big spot so waiting in line on the road will happen. Still love them though thanks!

If your looking for fast friendly service to kick start your day this is the place to go. Drive through cant be any faster, especially after you get a hot coffee in under a min thats speed.. especially when your already in a rush to get to work its perfect

My favorite is a doubleshot with caramel. DB employees are always friendly and the line moves quickly at every location I have ever been to. They also give back to the local community in great ways! Keep up the awesome work!

I drive by in my big rig, whenever I am in town, and park. By the time I walk up to the stand, the girls have my coffee ready. Thats uncommon service, even for Dutch Girls.
