the sandwiches are okay but service is horrible. I have been going there every week with new guest. I always pay with 15% tip, which is not bad considering we place the order and go pick up the food. today I took a guest and as we finished lunch and were walking out, we were asked to come back and put the dishes away. T thought that they knew me well and if they really wanted me to boss our dishes, they could have pulled me on the side next time and tell me in person. The person behind the counter, heavy set full bearded guy is extremely rude and does not belong to the customer service industry. I did not want to write a review and tried to call the owner but was told by Liz that it was not the best time to talk to him. I am not going back ever again

Wife ordered the club, I ordered the Cuban. Her sandwich was better than mine. I love Cuban sandwiches and was left disappointed in this one. First, Cubans should be pressed and on sweet bread. Secondly, the pickles werent good (more like cucumbers) and the mustard was some kind of whitish yellowish goop. I wont return for a Cuban. Luckily they have a large menu and it sounds like most of the other sandwiches are excellent. My wifes club was great, it gets 4 stars from me (she let me have half). The Cuban gets 1 star.

The El Greco sandwich is delicious (vegetarian), and its big enough for two meals. I got the side salad instead of standard chips and that put my meal at $12 so after tax and tip I was at almost $15 for a quick grab and go which I find pretty hefty. But if the rest of the sandwiches taste like that I will come back for more :)

A wide variety of fresh local and house-made ingredients. They have terrific sandwiches and soups, and an amazing selection of pickled items. Of course, as with any deli, they cut and wrap items from the counter, such as bacon, pastrami and other delicious concoctions. Pricy, but worth it!

This is a cool place! The decor is minimal and not much to look at, but the two sandwiches I tried were both amazing. An interesting combination of flavors. I would be excited to try some of their others. Service was quick and efficient. I would be happy to return here sometime.

The meats! The freshness! The awesome friendly service! What more could you ask? How about buying meats in bulk? Done. Try the Cuban. Toasted + melted cheese. Thank me later. Spacious deli. Good for groups. Free parking and paid lots nearby. Moderately priced.

Look... This deli makes some of the best food youre going to find in Seattle, especially for the prices they charge. Anyone rating this restaurant under 4 stars either had an unusual bad experience, or frankly doesnt know what great food tastes like...

Funky place, great sandwiches. Dont take them literally. The Cuban was very good and tasty, but not pressed like what youd expect. Excellent taste. Paired well with a Bainbridge beer on tap.
