Ive been here since I was a kid but I never came back as an adult to order anything else here but boba tea and Vietnamese sandwiches (which i give more than 5 stars a hundred times over, theyre the best!) This past weekend I ordered catering here for a baby shower. I got a platter of combination shrimp and pork springrolls, Vietnamese salad (goi sen) and a platter of fried rice. My order was done over the phone a week prior. The phone interaction was quick and easy, she told me the prices over the phone for the portions I was ordering and less than a minute after we said our byes and see you laters. On Saturday when I came to pick up, everything was done and ready at the time promised. Not only did they cash me out quickly, the older woman who gave me order to me offered to help me out. She took two plates and gave me one to hold. Not only did she carry it out with me, she helped me position them into my car so they wont spill or drop or the garnishing wont get messed up. Upon getting to the baby shower to set up, I opened up the saran wraps to prepare the table. LET ME TELL YOU, the food was perfectly garnished. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. Each spring roll was actually individually and neatly wrapped in plastic (which no one really does for you anywhere else). The fried rice was flavorful and the Viet salad was on point and extra crunchy (it should be!). I was more than pleased and will be ordering from here from now on for all my events. They are awesome!

I was also exclusively loyal to Saigon Deli (well, when I was eating in the ID) until I tried this place on the recommendation of some Vietnamese friends. While I still think Saigon Deli has superior sandwiches, this place has a better selection of everything else. Pretty much every weekday, I stop by to either pick up lunch (green papaya salad with either shrimp or beef jerky) or dinner (Im currently in love with the hot bamboo shoots and pork). Vietnamese food is so light, healthy, delicious and inexpensive its becoming the staple of my diet.

Chicken liver pate spread - soo good. I get number three everytime. Everything I buy here is good and fresh tasting. Note: I usually come early afternoons, and I dont see why anyone would complain about the customer service - any one who expects good CS in international district is crazy. Besides the food is worth it.. 3 bucks for a really nice banhmi - better than what you can get anywhere in the u-district by far.

Just was not the experience I expected for a 4.3 star rating, towards the end of my sandwich I was starting to wonder what the mystery "meats" actually were and it kinda made me sick, very chewy not enough sauce or condiments and the "meat"balls remind me of the "pink slime meat" thats been circulating the Internet. Never again

I love the BBQ Bánh mì. BBQ equates to pork. Call in your order to avoid the line. Also, they frequently run out of BBQ towards the end of the day, and I think the chicken is fairly flavorless.

Best ever? hell yes. Some people might disagree, there are some that like Saigon deli across the street but I think this is better. Cheap, fast Vietnamese sandos. I like it with chicken.

I usually pop over to Seattle Deli for a Bahn mi if Saigon Deli is packed. Seattle deli has good sandwiches (not _as_ good) and theres usually not too much of a wait.

Parking sometime is hard to find and wait time could be improve if there is more than one person prepare for the sandwiches.

I could live on their banh mi and avocado bubble tea smoothies. Try the pandan cake for a delicious semi-sweet treat.
