Got a gift card so I came in, first time ever to Panera bread and I dont understand the huff. The coffee choices were very limited and had to do myself ( also no soy options.) I thought it was a cafe? Then my order was for the morning only so when I asked for vegetarian options I can choose from, she said she couldnt name any. So I said a pastry warmed please."theres a microwave over there to warm them up" OK.....so I try to work the microwave awkwardly beneath the butts of other customers getting their cream and sugar and the microwave doesnt work. Ask the lady she says nicely that yoi have to push the 45 second button thats the only one that works.the people were nice but I came to be served my breakfast, not fight other guests to make it myself. Who ever was smart enough to make guests do all the work, and charge them is a genius. The pastry was OK, the service was kind, but the hassle on your way to work will make me never come back again.

We order from Panera all the time for business lunches and are happy with the food, the drivers are friendly and always on time. However, when we order anything that comes with bread, the bread comes as a long baguette. We sometimes order from another location and they always deliver the bread cut up and ready to go. Why would this location serve me something not ready to serve? Are people supposed to rip off chunks of bread with their hands? Just keep this in mind if you have an event and want the to food arrive ready to eat - try a different store.

I LOVE Panera Bread in Woodinville! I am a frequent "luncher" at this location and the staff never fail to please. It gets pretty busy from time to time, but its worth the wait for their Asiago Cheese Bread and their Toffee Nut cookies are to DIE for! Definitely my guilty pleasure.

The food is amazing and I love the cozy atmosphere, but the Wi-Fi is terrible . I am a college student and naturally need the internet. Id love to hang-out and study here, but I always have to go over to the crammed Starbucks (which I hate) for Wi-Fi.

Got a couple items wrong (muffin and a cookie) and the steak and white cheddar sandwich was good but the meat seamed really under cooked, and possibly too many onions. Other than that; great environment and scrumptious bakery food!

Really like the rapid pick-up ordering here. Had some custom requests that werent met though - asked for bacon to be cooked crispy but it was still soft, so very disappointed since they confirmed that it had been done at pick up.

Terrible. The description should not say famous for their free wi-fi. I drove all the way here primarily to do work on my computer and they kicked me off without letting me back on less than 20 minutes after I sat down.

The food is good, but if you order online, you really have to check your order for accuracy. At least half the time, we find were missing something, and it sucks when we dont realize it until we get home.

They told me when I got here that their WiFi is always a problem. Sure enough, the open WiFi wont work at all. Nobody knew or cared how to fix. Dont go here if you need to get some work done at lunch.

Great place to have a nice long lunch at, bring your tablet for free wifi and try the turkey on panini, eat healthy, apple with bran muffin, soup or salad, asian chicken sesame was my favorite.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great food. But the wireless Internet is not working. Something to note for mobile warriors that need to make a quick stop to get some work done. Management is aware and trying to fix this.

I really enjoy the staff at this panera, the food is dependably hot and good. My only complaint is they will sometimes all our of pastries, but its a part of fresh baked good that I accept.
