I have been going to this one for 18 years and I still go there almost daily because I like sub sandwiches. However the 2 ladies that work there will not smile at you or even greet you when you arrive. They do not make eye contact ever. While your ordering they are looking around and out the window at everything else except you. They do act as though your stealing when you ask for extra veggies. Maybe its cultural as theyre East Indian, Idont know but but its off putting. Even though Im there all the time it drives me crazy how rude they are. If it is a cultural difference then they better spend more time to learn our culture. And smile, greet and make eye contact with your customer. They act like they are being held hostage and forced to do this job!!! Im serious!

Avoid this place. Went in and ordered one foot long, and one 6 inch turkey bacon and avocado, toasted. What I got was two turkey sandwichs with 2 pieces of bacon each, added as additional cost, no avocado, not actually toasted, with Ranch (that I never asked for). This was bad enough and then while Im the car I looked at the receipt. Wtf am I paying 18 dollars for a foot long and a six inch? Oh! Its because they rang it up as two foot long turkey sandwichs, and added the bacon Ala carte instead of including it in the sandwich deal they were running. Went back in to get the difference refunded and had to argue with the lady because she barely speaks English. Get it together Subway, jeez

I wonder if subway has a rule on the limit of vegetables on a subway. I want my sandwich to have a decent amount of veggie but all they put in my footlong sandwich is 3 slices of cucumbers, 3 slices of tomatoes, a very thin layer of lettuce and other stuffs. I asked if i can have some more cucumbers and lettuce and the lady didnt look happy. This is my second time having fewer veggies in 2 different subway locations. I want more veggies in my sandwich.

Right when we walked in the door the two ladies working there didnt even look at us. Once I tried to order I was trying to remember the name of a bread I thought they carried and once I said it the lady look at me like I was completely stupid. As I ordered the rest of my sandwich she kept talking to me in a condasending tone. I can understand having a bad day and I know dealing with customers can be hard but how hard is it to just act remotely nice?

we went to newcastle subway today at 8:50 pm and store closed at 9 pm.... and they turned off open sign 10 minutes early and told us its closed.... bad service...
