Im not sure why I ever go back to Burger King. Its probably because I get so sick of the other fast food joints that Burger King starts to look appetizing. It could also be that I was really hungry and they were the closest place at the time. I drive for a living from 6pm until 6am so there isnt a whole lot of options for food when I get hungry. I dont have a break room with a microwave and fridge and eating dry vegetables gets really old really fast. I do have a few 24 spots that I like to frequent but when the budget gets tight, fast food it is. I dont even really like Burger King. Fried burgers cooked in their own fat taste way better than these so called flame broiled ones do and what are those perfectly spaced grill marks on the meat? Those are there before the patties ever see the conveyor belt and Ive always been suspicious of them. Theres something off with their buns too. Ever notice that? They have a weird flavor and texture to them and whats the deal with the chopped lettuce? That crap never stays on the sandwich and is always covered with ketchup and mayonnaise so when it falls out on your shirt, you need to go and change. Other than the fact that they are convenient, I would never stop at any location. With so many other burger joints setting the bar so much higher, Its a wonder to me that the large chains are still around. I guess they always will be due to the fast convenience and the multitude of people who just neither care enough about quality and value or taste. There will always be someone who likes it too. As for me, I try not to visit but end up doing so on occasion. Thanks for reading

Worst experience at this location Ive ever had. Service was SUPER slow. I was not given what I ordered for my kids so I had to buy additionally. My sandwich was made incorrectly; they argued with me about how it was made. When they finally remade it, the grill person was angry and slammed the correctly made sandwich while yelling that she remade the sandwich. Our food was cold. We dined in, and I observed that EVERY car that came through their drive thru was parked and had to wait. Grill section was super loud, rude, and obnoxious. I will never bring my family here again.

I have never been so mistreated in my life. The employees called the police on me because they refused to serve me during normal business hours. The police showed up before the lobby was closed and were confused as to why I was denied service. To the point where they purchased me food. The manager simply told me not to come back but that they couldnt enforce this as I did nothing wrong.

Over the past two years weve visited and have only received our order correctly once. I can walk in with a written order and hand it to the cashier and still have the order come back wrong. Weve raised our concerns to Manager On Duty as well as feedback via link on receipt. Update: One correct order received.

Worst Burger King lived near for 23 years and never go there. Tonight reminded me why when I ordered my food very friendly and fast but it was because they forgot half my order and what I did get was wrong it ruined my day. After long day of work and school all I wanted to eat some food disappointed.

Worst BK in the US. Burgers are always dry and small like theyve between sitting all day. Last time they gave me singles instead of doubles. After going back in to get the correct sandwiches they threw on another Patty stuck them in the microwave and handed them back to me.

I was at the Burgerking in Renton , I ordered a veggie burger , it was frozen in the middle , when I took it back the counter person was pissed because of my attitude about the food and threw my change at me and hit me in the face with coins, I tell everyone not to go there

I ordered two salads in the drive thru, they said that they messed up my order and to park in the parking lot at the front and wait. I waited about 15 minutes after they finally brought my order out. They need to make improvements. The guy was nice though.

All I wanted was a fresh salad..I get warm lettuce and 2 month old salad dressing! How disappointed. Management acted like it was ok and there was no problem. Plus wanted me to drive back to the store to bring the charged card.

Each access via driving. The drive-thru entrance is at the main parking lot of the shopping area. I had one bad experience with my order but other than that this is standard Burger King. Not good, not bad

Dining area needs to be cleaner and the tables were not cleaned. Bathroom is dirty. Food was hot and tasty but it makes me worry about quality care of food prep. This place needs an update.
